Description of Work: Installed three fans in our townhouse. Two fans were replacing ceiling lights and the third fan was being installed where there was no electrical box. One fan was assembled and the other two were not. The electrician was very professional (B for punctuality since he approached the incorrect house number but he did try to call and reach me so we figured out what was up). He gave a clear estimate for the cost of the work up-front. For the items we didn't know (what type of electrical boxes were in the ceiling), he made his best guess and split the difference on some (estimated one of two) and he ended up spot-on. He made sure that we had fan-rated boxes for the existing connections, the right support in the ceiling for the boxes, replaced dimmer light switches for regular ones and did the wiring run to the new box. He also asked all of the right questions around how we wanted the switches to work (and outlets where one room had switched outlets). He was there over four hours to complete the job - used drop cloths and vacuumed up afterward (insulation in each room is a byproduct of the work!). I am very pleased with the experience and everyone is happy with their new fans!

Description of Work: They corrected a problem caused by Excel Energy when Excel had to run a new underground line from the pole to the house. Excel disconnected my low-voltage system with it's horizontal drilling. Stafford identified the problem and rewired the system so that it now works. Excel did not know how to deal with the matter.

Description of Work: I am remodeling a room and needed the electrical done and a permit/inspection. Steve was great, both at time of estimate and when doing the work. Professional, friendly, nice to the dog, and made sure to keep doors shut so she wouldn't get out. I had some new wiring, several outlets and lights installed, and some other misc. work. The bill was pretty hefty but completely in line with their estimate so no complaints.

Description of Work: Stafford installed our media system including music, television and security. Jason was in charge of our project. He provide a quote within a couple of days and was very flexible about adapting to changes in our plans and our general contractor's scheduling.
