SIMPATICO DESIGNS is a full service design firm based in Minneapolis, MN that specializes in Residential Architectural Design, Interior Design and Home Staging with an emphasis on sustainability. We pride ourselves on our unique approach to design and architecture. Upon establishing a concept through individual characterization, location, and environmental needs, we go on to establish scope of work keeping in mind budget and resources available. Simpatico Designs approach is all encompassing allowing the homeowner(s) to be the driving force behind each and every decision, thus creating a “simpatico” relationship and personalized results.

My husband and I have a wooded, waterfront lot with a unique building footprint. We were able to imagine what we would like to build on the property, but wanted to be able to visualize our ideas within the setback regulations. We reached out to Stacy for her professional assistance. In speaking with her, it was immediately apparent that she does not go halfway in her work. She took the time to really understand our vision and our priorities. After that, she created a beautiful rendering, set within the building footprint, with respect to all boundary limitations. She helped actualize our vision! Stacy's work was above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend her professional services to anyone who appreciates someone taking great pride in their work!!
