Our bath fawcet had been dripping for several months. It's an old German (Grohe) fawcet installed 19 years ago. I called Southtown Friday and gave them the model number. They said they would check to see if they could obtain the cartrige necessary to fix it. Southtown called back on Monday to say they had obtained the part. We set an appt for a service call the next day. Brent arrived on time and quickly replaced the part. The fawcet now works perfectly. Brent was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and skillfull. I definitly will use Southtown Plumbing again the next time we need help.

I love them. He has done a lot of work for me and I've probably spent $2,000 with him. He is very, very pleasant and very clean. He tells me how much something is going to cost. He comes exactly when he says he is going to come. It costs what he says it is going to cost. He fixed things that needed to be tightened up at no extra charge. He stands behind his work. Once we had him come because we thought we had a leak in our basement in a pipe and it turned out it was only a cap that was missing. He didn't charge us for the service call and he could have. Nobody is any cheaper.

Very happy with this company. Good response time, knowledgable, reasonable fees. Took care of my problem quickly and also gave input on other issues.

They replaced our old two-handled shower faucet with a single pressure-balanced faucet as well as updating the shower head and drain pipe. The result looks wonderful and we are very pleased with how quickly they were able to schedule and complete this work!

Southtown Plumbing provided excellent service in diagnosing the problem with my toilet. I received good advice on the telephone as the company tried its best to help me determine the most cost effective way to handle this project. The plumber, Brent, came prepared for two options by bringing a new toilet just in case the first option would not work. His preparation saved a second trip as I did need to replace the toilet. Brent left the bathroom neat and clean. All in all, I was impressed by Southtown's work.

Mike was very professional and worked quickly. I have used Southtown many times in the past for my house and my rental property and they are always reasonably priced. I was also able to schedule the work about a week in advance on a day I had off from work. They also scheduled me as the first call of the day so I didn't have to wait around all day.

THEY SEND THE SAME PERSON THAT THEY SENT IN THE PAST, AND HE REMEMBERED MY FAMILY, THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY COMPETENT AND DO A GREAT JOB.

I HAD ANOTHER PLUMBER CLEAN THE MAIN DRAIN OF MY DUPLEX THEN INFORM ME THAT THERE APPEARED TO BE A PARTIAL BLOCKAGE. THEY SUGGESTED THEY RUN A CAMERA DOWN THE LINE FOR $250. I CALLED AROUND AND FOUND SOMEONE ELSE WHO QUOTED $189 AND SOUTHTOWN QUOTED $85, (THIS SEEMED REASONABLE FOR RUNNING A CAMERA DOWN A DRAIN PIPE. THEY WERE AT MY DUPLEX W/IN 3 HOURS AND I RECEIVED A VERY HELPFUL FOLLOW-UP CALL EXPLAINING WHAT THEY SAW, (A SLIGHT SHIFT IN THE PIPE THAT DIDN'T REQUIRE IMMEDIATE WORK). THEY DID SUGGEST THAT I CLEAN OUT THE MAIN DRAIN EVERY YEAR. I WILL CALL THEM NEXT AUGUST TO DO THAT WORK, AS WELL.

I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE SOME PLUMBING WORK DONE & THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE WAS SO HORRIBLY RUDE THAT I DECIDED TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY.

THEY RESPONDED TO MY CALL WITHIN SEVERAL HOURS. HE CHECKED TO MAKE SURE OTHER PIPES WERE OK BEFORE HE LEFT AND GAVE TIPS ON HOW TO HOPEFULLY AVOID THE PROBLEM AGAIN.. VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

THEY ARE EXCEPTIONALLY RESPONSIVE. THEY ASKED ME A LOT OF QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE ABOUT THE PROBLEM SO THE SERVICEMAN WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT TO DO THE REPAIR. THEY ACTUALLY CAME SOONER THAN THEY PROMISED AND CALLED BEFORE ARRIVING.

BACKED UP DRAINS GET PRIORITY TREATMENT. THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK. THE PLUMBER CLEANED UP THE JOB SITE.

CALLED ON FRIDAY AT NOON AND THEY CAME OUT AT 2:30, BLESS ''EM!! THEY DO GENERAL PLUMBING, NOT JUST DRAINS, BUT DRAINS GET FIRST PRIORITY. THEY GO TO THE TOP OF MY LIST!

THEY CHARGE AN HOURLY RATE OF $86 FROM THE TIME THEY LEAVE THEIR SHOP UNTIL THEY RETURN.

BRIAN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
