Came promptly at scheduled time, did work , cleaned up, and left as planned.
Description of Work: Cleaned roots out of main sewer drain. I have used them every 2-3 years for many years.

WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE, EXTENSIVE DAMAGE WAS DONE TO MY BASEMENT AND BELONGINGS DUE TO SEWAGE WATER BEING SPRAYED ACROSS THE ROOM AND ONTO MY BELONGINGS. THE OWNER IS REFUSING TO PAY ANY DAMAGES AND IS ACCUSING ME OF LYING TO HIM IN SPITE OF THE FACT THE WORKER ADMITS TO THE DAMAGES. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED MORE ABUSIVELY AS I HAVE BY KEITH DINIUS THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY. I HAD USED THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST AND HAD GOOD RESULTS, SO I WAS SHOCKED BY THE OUTCOME OF THIS SITUATION. I WILL TAKE THIS COMPANY TO COURT IF NEEDED PRIMARILY BECAUSE OF THE VERBAL ABUSE I SUFFERED IN ADDITION TO THE COSTLY AND INCREDIBLY TIME CONSUMING CLEAN UP. WHAT A JERK.

Customer contacted us to clean her main sewer line becasue ot was backing up. We sent our service man out. He spent 4 hours removing roots from sewer. The bill was $397.25. Customer paid bill, and signed work order stating she was satisfied. Any damages to her basement were result of sewer backing up, which is why we were called. Her first call was about the price. Other calls were to ask us to pay for a replacement rug pad and drycleaning for a dress, she wanted $128. I asked her to please send us receipts. She was very upset that I asked for this. I thought this was reasonable, and was surprised she got upset. I have never received them. We are sorry the member was unhappy with the price. We do not feel she was overcharged. THEY HAVE AN EXPERTISE NOT EVIDENT IN OTHER COMPANIES WE HAVE USED. WE WILL CALL NO ONE BUT THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.

THIS MAN FOUND A BETTER WAY TO APPROACH WHAT OTHERS HAVE LOOKED AT. VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICE.
