Description of Work: Had insulation added to the attic. Initial sales contact was fine and installation went well. Difficulty started with documentation. Had to contact the installer to get a copy of the receipt and required 3 emails to him to get a copy of the warranty. Very disappointed with the follow-up by the administrative side of this company.

Description of Work: Eric was on time for the appointment. He caulked areas around the roof that needed attention and also pointed out some areas that needed additional patch work. He also very helpful and put a couple of shingles that had fallen off back on roof. Angel and his team also performed their work very efficiently and repaired a couple of areas that needed attention. All in all I'm very pleased with Snap and highly recommend them for roofing related work.

Description of Work: Supposed to provide a roof 'tune up', instead they complained about how little money they received from Angie's List as part of the 'Big Deal' saying they saw the big picture (i.e., upswell services). They went to the wrong house, spent about 10 minutes on the roof, didn't appear to tune anything and explicitly ignored the main item I wanted completed, caulking the chimney/roof joints.

From the owner: We sent out two guys instead of one. That means that you get the two of them for an hour instead of one guy for two hours. We are sorry for the mix up on addresses. Your angieslist account address does not match the address of this property. We were happy to redirect that day to the proper address immediately. We did caulk your chimney with clear caulking. If you would be so kind to go onto your roof and check you will see that it has been caulked. You have a storm damaged roof that you already received confirmation and check from your insurance company for it. There are 100's of damage shingles on your roof and simply not enough time for two guys to take care of all that damage. I am sorry that our two guys could not fix the entire roof in the time allocated for this $99 tune up. We can only do what is within the scope of the deal. You told us that you were selling and we kindly moved you up to get your home taken care of right away. After all that effort and the unique situation that your roof is in, it saddens me to see this review. I personally emailed you multiple times throughout the winter to line this up for you. You had our contact in our office and a direct line to talk to me at anytime.

Description of Work: Brian came out and used a heat sensor to detect cold spots in the ceiling. He was pleasant, arrived on time, showed me what he was doing and explained his results. At no time did I feel pressure to purchase anything and, in fact, had to ask him for an estimate on adding insulation. The only caveat I would add is that the procedure is fairly simple, not particularly demanding of any technician, and did not tell me anything I did not already know. The "Big Deal" price was reasonable: had I paid full price, I would have been upset.

Description of Work: Snap Construction sealed any air leaks that were in my home, insulated and caulked to prevent or fix air leaks, and advised me on some future winterizing projects. It took me a few weeks to secure an appointment because the provider was so busy, but he did great work when he was here.

Description of Work: Insulate our attic to R=60 after erecting insulation dams. Pleasant people to deal with. The B Quality rating was due somewhat to the fact that the clean-up at the end wasn't "A" level. The other results were very good. Provider went the extra mile to deliver excellent service.
