The work was done on time. After the work was complete and payment was made, I notice a small issue at a corner near the roof. I call them about it. They were very prompt about it - I got two calls from them in next two days. They set up the time to come and look at it. Even tough it turned out to be a minor issue they fixed it the following day.

No problems with the roof, so far anyway. Brian was extremely frustrating to deal with - he was very unresponsive and from a customer service standpoint he was simply horrible. I did end up working with Kim on various aspects, and she was very professional and helpful. That being said, based on the level of frustration with Brian I would not hire this company again.

Horrible. No straight cuts, had to keep on them to finish the job, failed city inspection, screws left not screwed in (inches out!)

Fantastic job, salesman was very friendly and on top of everything, crew did a great job, kept the yard clean of nails and debris as well, no complaints, would certainly have them do our roof again.

Snap construction did awesome work on our home. We needed a variety of exterior repairs after storm damage. Dan was an effective communicator with us and our insurance company, and his crew completed the project in a timely manner.

The roofing job was adequate, at best. The salesperson was hard to deal with at times. The gutter installation was abysmal. About half of the recommended brackets were installed causing the gutters to sag significantly after the first winter. The general planning, workmanship, and materials were sub-par. No one ever consulted me as to my desires.

Horrible. The roof leaked after install and causee interior damage. It took 3 years of interior damage every winter to finally admit and find the fault with the installed roof over the garage. They were hard to get ahold of and didnt return phone calls. Never paid for the interior damage and to this day insists doggedly they are at fault. I will never hire them again.

It went great. Matt was really easy to work with from bidding through installation of 32 crank out windows.

Work was done on time and at a reasonable price.

roof and gutter replacements were fast. Had one issue with the gutters, guy came out next day and fixed it. Found a dozen nails around in the shrubs over the next 6 months, but generally happy with the work.

My house was built in 1888 and all the windows were drafty and many were faulty. But the sunroom was the worst. After having them installed, I wished I had done all at the same time. So the next year I did the rest. I didn't choose the highest end windows but wow, did they ever make a difference in keeping my heat bill lower. And their installer was wonderful and even put the clips for my blinds back up! In the past I have used SNAP for roofing and gutters and I have never had one complaint!

I'm trying to be fair with this review. A couple years have gone by since the window replacements (including casings), and I've been a little dissatisfied with the window installs. Soon after the install, I had them back out to address some concerns, including one of the bedroom windows which seemed like maybe wasn't installed correctly. They removed the trim, said it was fine and tight, but my daughter is constantly getting drafts from around the casing during the cold winters to the point where we need to put a heater in her room just to keep it warm. These are nice windows, and should be well insulated. I'm not an expert with removing window trim, so I haven't been able to remove it to see if there are problems behind it. Needless to say, I'm a bit disappointed that the performance is so much worse than the 20+ year old windows I had in her room prior to that.

Great work - on time and good quality

SNAP was the only company willing to come out and tarp our house when it began raining inside the kitchen. They gave us a new roof and removed water-damaged walls and flooring in the kitchen. This was in 2013-2014.

Joints on a majority of the sheetrock panels installed can be seen and have cracked. Cut outs for some of the recessed can lights cut too large for trim ring to hide. Final mud coat was not properly sanded and needed additional attention after worker left.

Very nice work. Deck is far better than original. Siding looks very good.

I couldn’t have been happier. Their bid and scope of work description was very complete. They arrived to do the job when they said they would. They kept the house clean, picked up any miscellaneous debris and even offered professional advice on some minor roof repair work I should have done.

They did a terrific job on the roof, but I do not feel good about the company. Their rep was my best pal until the papers were signed, and then vanished. They contacted out the gutters and didn't tell us. The guy who was supposed to do the insulation had an emergency so he left the house wide open with insulation houses running through all the doors and didn't ask anybody to come close up.

Everything went great! We contacted them after local companies didn't have time for us. Very fast, efficient and professional. Highly recommend!

Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. They handled it all professionally, and we were kept in the loop at all times. The workmanship was top notch, no complaints.

Snap construction did an excellent job. They communicated with the insurance company and us as homeowners very well. Answered all the homeowners questions and fixed any issues that came up with the multiple different contractors involved.

THEIR SALESPESON (JEFF CARSTENS) WAS OUTSTANDING. HE QUOTED THE JOB QUICKLY, ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS THOROUGHLY. HE EVEN SHOWED UP BEFORE THE CREW ON THE MORNING OF THE JOB TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER. THE ROOFING CREW WAS COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT AND CLEANED UP WELL AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED.
