 + 3 moreProject when very well. They replaced our roof, siding, and windows. They stained the windows to match our home. The project went very well. Snap was very professional and very efficient. Dave Rasmussen was awesome and I really can't say enough good things about him and snap. The condition of the repairs and finish was spot on. The communication was great. After completing our windows, siding, and roof they had to come back almost immediately as out neighbor had a grill fire that ruined a lot siding. Dave was their immediately to help us and to get everything fixed again. I would use snap construction again

 + 0 moreEverything was great. The insurance process was a little time consuming and Jeff set those expectations immediately. It took a week to get an adjuster to our home. It took another couple days for the approval to get worked out. Sending the check to the insurance company took another week for them to endorse. Jane was really helpful and walked us through everything. I was so happy I sent them over to our friends across the street who were also able to get approved. Your team was unbelievable! Thank you so much for everything you did for us. I couldn't imagine having to come out of pocket for that old curled up roof! ughh. Everyone deserves this kind of service!
Description of Work: Jeff came out to our property to do an initial inspection of our roof and siding. We told him that we were not interested as we had been turned down multiple times for "Storm damage". He explained that they use the same education that adjusters use to give them an edge in getting damage approved. He found very small cracks in our siding and damage to our roof. He informed us of the process of making an insurance claim. Assured me that they have experts in house that work directly on insurance claims that will be there to help me along the way. Everything was fairly simple. I made the claim and Jeff met with the adjuster to and was able to get everything approved. He even got us a new shed and garage door. He did a great job educating us on products and allowing us to be the expert on our choices. We now have a new roof, siding, garage door, and shed. Thanks Jeff! And thank you Snap! You made the process so easy. Thank you for keeping the job site so clean! Thank you for working only during the hours we choose!
