I called Rick and explained the situation, which was a previous roofer had been working with my insurance company and was not straight-forward with either them or me. So I was essentially firing them and looking for someone else to work with my insurance company and be open and honest to ensure them that any funny business was not mine. Rick immediately understood the situation and made an appointment to come over and see what needed to be done. From the start, Rick was both professional and understanding. He had what I would call "the heart of a teacher." He explained everything including what needed to be done and how he would approach it. He assured me that he (and his wife) would work with the insurance company and get the work done. We decided together to do a repair on the roof as the insurance company found necessary, replace the gutters and re-wrap the garage doors. The gutter workers came first. They were top-notch both in their workmanship and professionalism. The work they did looks absolutely wonderful. They also took the time to explain everything to my wife. A few days latter the guy to do the roof repair was scheduled. He was also a very professional and did a great job (the roof repair was minor). Like the gutter installers he took the time to explain what he was going to do. Next the aluminum/siding folks came to re-wrap the trim on the garage doors. Again, nothing but top-notch professionalism and the trim works great.

It was a good experience. The person was very professional and completed the work within 2 hours. there were two of them.

I was called, received communication from Randy, asked him to perform services to determine if there were any leaks in both actual openings and loss of heat, etc. all around my home, in the foundation, basement, doors, windows, etc., both from rodents and for heat loss. I was told by Randy that a couple of different people on at least 2 occasions checked the foundations for leaks for rodents, I never got feedback on energy loss. I really don't know what they did or didn't do. Randy is the nicest guy but unless the people at my home doing the work (not Randy) communicate what they've found and are doing and show me, I don't know.... I don't know. I do know I have terrific heat loss, no change was made to that.

The service was great... on time, clean, professional.

Showed up at agreed time and was able to get to the job on the first day we took ownership of the home so they were good about meeting our timeline. Still waiting on a quote for replacement down the road. They did give us a verbal report on the condition and any potential issues. All in all, an excellent price for a little peace of mind for the winter and coming spring!

The company scheduled the appointment promptly, turned up on time, did an excellent job. Would recommend them; I would use them again.

I used an Angie's List special coupon for this project. The person who came out seemed very practical and said it was worth us looking into our insurance. The insurance company came out and said we did not qualify for a new roof but it was still good information. Snap came out when the insurance agent was here and that was good.

The service person was prompt, actually arrived before the appointed time. He explained what he was going to do, performed the service and, afterward, showed me what he did. He, also, put a bead of caulk at the point where one of my garage door frames met with the brick frame of the house (this wasn't a part of the deal). Overall, I was pleased with manner in which the work was performed. I think that my house has some other "heat leakage" issue.

I purchased a coupon for gutter and roof repair from this company from Angie's list. I had a disappointing experience in terms of trying to get a response from the company to schedule service. I called the company's number for 3 days in a row and failed to get a person, instead having to leave a voicemail message. The first 2 times, I got no response at all. In the last call, I said that i would have to write a very bad review on Angie's List if I did not get a response. A company representative then called and was very apologetic. He scheduled the work to be done soon, and the work was performed competently. While the ultimate outcome was fine, and the company did eventually come through and apologize for not responding sooner, I think that they have considerable room for improvement in terms of customer responsiveness in scheduling work to be done. I was told that the person who cleaned my gutters said that some repair was in order, and I asked by e-mail for more detail on this, but I have not gotten a response to that, beyond the company representative sending an e-mail saying that they would be happy to follow up on this. Perhaps it is my responsibility to follow up further on this, but again, I feel that the company could show more initiative in supplying additional information and following up with a potential customer.

The crew was late for the appointment, but I was called during the afternoon about it. As far as as I can see, the job was well and cleanly done.

I ended up getting the date for the appointment mixed up and they were happy to reschedule. I ended up not needing as much done with my windows as I thought, but it was worth the time and money to have the inspection done.

They came in with all the necessary equipments and did a great job of sealing and providing me with an input on the specifics. He also went on to seal a hole made by a squirrel just to make sure no water gets into it. I am extremely satisfied with them and might hire them again without a doubt.

They came out and introduced themselves and were very polite. They caulked the windows that needed it. The owner called me several times to follow up and was very compassionate and friendly. My mother was living with me in hospice at the time, and he called just to see how I was doing and to let me know how the job went.

Their customer service was superior. They did the whole job in 1 day and I was very pleased. Dan-their customer service guy was very accomodating and patient with us. I would recommned them highly to anyone.

They were filling where the concrete and stucco meets, they were having problems with the sealing staying in the crack, and it kept falling out and when I went back out later, after they left, the sealant had fell out and globbed up. They also checked my flashing around the chimney, due to having a leak in the house, and offered to fix the flashing for $1000, later they called me back and said they could do it for $500. I feel that since I am older, they were trying to take advantage of me. I had another company come out and check it and they said I needed to have the chimney rebuilt, otherwise the flashing wouldn't fix the problem.

With colder weather months coming up very fast, we hoped Snap construction could squeeze our project into their schedule. They worked our project in as weather conditions were starting to be problematic. The removal effort for the partially cured caulk was a real struggle, and it required a lot of effort. I know, I tried myself. We didn't want to go back to the original contractor to get it redone due to conflicts we wanted to avoid. Because the caulk was only a few months old it was particularly hard to remove and clean out the silicone caulk correctly, and not damage the new window wraps. Snap construction was careful and persistent to get the removal done correctly, and they redid the caulk with a small clean and evenly applied bead. The crew manager kept in contact as weather conditions made work impractical, and he communicated future plans appropriately. We were extremely pleased with all the work.

This project went very well. Matt and Mike both came to the house to help with choosing the siding and to measure my house and provide an estimate if it was over 2000 square feet. It was but the difference in cost was so minimal, we dicided to go with the project. The material was delivered on time and complete, and the dumpster was delivered as well. All with no fuss or bother to me. On the 2nd, the siders arrived and began working. The worked both Friday and Saturday and returned Monday and part of Tuesday. On inspection I noticed a couple small imperfections and pointed them out to Mike. They were fixed Immediately, again with no fuss or bother. Both Mike and Matt were very responsive to questions and concerns. The company went way out of its way to see that I was happy. I had Masonite siding prior to this project and my house still looked pretty good but, now it looks fantastic. Snap covered up imperfections that I had seen but ignored. They replaced all of the lights and went so far as to have an electrician from Gunner Electric make sure everything was perfect. I am very pleased with this Angie's list deal and extremely pleased with Snap Construction. I wiould not be afraid to hire them for any future projects in or around my home. When they say they will doe something, I learned that you can forget about it because they will take care of it. I am normally an extremely critical person with very high expectations and I have to say this company met and exceeded every expectation I had.

They were good as far as contacting me and keeping in touch. They did tell me they were going to send two people out and they only sent one. But the work did get done. With the coupon the price was okay. I found out I know the person who owns the company.

So far so good. Step 1 was easy. Hopefully, the follow on steps will go as smoothly and easily.

I received a response from the company about 10 minutes after I sent the initial email. They made an appointment to come out the next day. They were prompt, and tllk the time to explain what they would be doing and looking for. After the inspection they relayed what they had found and repaired, and what might need attention in the near future. He also went into my attic to inspect for leaking and mold - an extra service that I appreciated.

I worked with Dave Rasmussen with Snap Construction, Inc.. Dave was very easy to work with. He was not pushy on anything and was very knowledgeable. If I had some questions on something, he was always very good about promptly getting back to me. I had some reservations on the original new shingles he quoted to me. We discussed it and he changed the order to a brand fo shingle that we were a lot more comfortable with and did not charge anything more for it. Dave informed me a few days ahead of time and prepared us for what to expect as far as the arrival of the dumpster, when the roofing materials would arrive and how long the project should take. Everything happened just as stated and there were no surprises. The crew showed up right on time and were very upbeat, courteous, and thorough. They were very good about putting tarps all the way around the house and making as little mess as possible. When they had completed the roof, they were very meticulous about cleaning everything off (decks, patio, driveway, etc.) and picking up any trash. Once they left you could hardly tell that they had even been there. Overall we are very pleased with Snap Construction and how well the whole project went. We would not hesitate to use Snap Construction in the future.

It went really fast and good. They were in the neighborhood and stopped by. I was turned down through insurance at least 4 to 5 times in the past. Snap was able to get me approved. Glad they worked with us. Overall Snap did a great job and we would use them again.

The work was excellent. Their crew came out at the beginning of the day and the roof was completed by the end of the day. They were very efficient and we have received many compliments on our new shingles. Matt Thomes from Snap was out many times during the course of the work and kept us informed and did follow-up inspections on his own. He did a great job of making sure that we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend Snap to anyone looking to get some work done on the exterior of your home.

Went very well. Dan was in the neighborhood and stopped by to talk to us. Construction went great. They put tarps on the lawn to protect the grass. Dan Goodmanson was exceptional and very personable. He encouraged a second appraisal on our denied insurance claim and was there when the adjuster came.
