Snap Construction was very responsive and were able to do the job immediately after we purchased the Big Deal. They did a great job cleaning the gutters and taking car of the debris afterwards. We also asked them to replace a couple kick outs that were smashed. They were able to do that as part of the same trip. Our only issue is they replaced them with the wrong color and the cost was higher than expected. They didn't give us a quote for those and we just received an invoice a couple weeks later. To be fair, we didn't ask for a quote for the kick outs (we should have) and we weren't at the building to tell them the color we needed for the kick outs. They guessed the color based on Google Maps but it was wrong.

Snap did an awesome job. Mike was a great guy to work with. Very detailed oriented! Snap removed the old garage roof and the old TV antenna mounted there. Hauled all material away and left a very clean job site. Then they replaced a damaged sheet of particle board and put on a new GAF roof and ridge vent. Looks great!

Due to the small timeframe. I called to ask about the Big Deal before purchasing it. I spoke with Rick and within a half an hour he had someone out here to give me an estimate. Shawn was very professional and told me what would need to be done to repair it but we decided against it since my house was already sold.

Overall, they did a decent job, but they weren't able to address some issues that they were planning on addressing. They did do a good job on the doors that they sealed, but the windows that were supposed to be included in the package; they were not able to do anything with those. However, that might be because of the function of my house. After the initial crew came, they did do a good job of following up to make sure I was happy with the work. After I said to them that I think they would be able to do more with the winterization of the windows, they sent one of their managers and he talked to me about it, but they weren't able to do anything additional.

Overall, it went very well. We had to reschedule a couple of times -- mostly for things beyond anyone's control -- but when after we finally settled on a date, the worker showed up on time and actually spent more than two hours (closer to 3 hours) completing the cleaning of gutters that were significantly clogged. He also offered to use my hose to flush out all the gutters, which was helpful in getting everything washed out. I also had one particular area on my eaves that I asked him to caulk, which he did to my satisfaction. He recommended the installation of gutter guards on the portion of my gutters that needed them. I haven't decided if I'll do this or not, but if I do, I will contact him to do so.

We had seen the Snap Construction signs in our neighborhood and can attest to the high quality of work that was performed on the neighboring roof replacements. We met with Rick Clark and were very pleased with the amount of time he spent with us going over every detail and option available. Great Customer Service!! The day the crew arrived they took every precaution to protect our personal property. By the time I was ready to head off to work I realized that the area in front of the garage was already covered with tarp and debris. Feeling a little silly for not getting my car out of the garage before they started, I hated to disturb their work flow, but I had to get to work. When I stepped outside the foreman, Eason was right there to introduce himself (again Great Customer Service), I explained that I needed to get to work and that my car was in the garage, he immediately called for everyone to stop what they were doing to help clear the area and inspect for nails. In no time I was off to work, very impressive. We are very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work that was performed and our new roof looks great. Lastly, the clean up was impecable, you couldn't even tell that they were there (unless of course you were checking our our new roof).

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Snap Construction to do a gutter cleaning in fall 2012, with the option of also getting a discount on installation of gutter leaf guards in ensuing 6 months. They did a good job on the gutter cleaning so I decided to hire them for the gutter leaf guard installation as well. They did a good job on that too. There were a lot of delays due to snow and rain this spring, but they stayed in touch by phone until we found a day on which weather permitted doing this work. Both the manager and crew chief did a good job of explaining the work before, during, and after it was done.

They gave me an estimate a few weeks ago. We did actually use them and It was fine.They're professional and they're fine.

We had 5 contractors out to bid on our siding and I was impressed right away that he went up on a ladder to measure accurately - none of the other contractors did that. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions. He had a strong desire to earn our business. It was important to us to make a decision quickly so he made a point to provide a bid to us right on the spot and didn't keep us waiting. He communicated thoroughly and was knowledgeable.

Mike was great. He was extremely helpful and gave a great and detailed quote for the work we wanted to get done. I plan on hiring his team when we are ready to proceed.

Randy was very good to talk to, he said they would take a look based on my description and if they were not able to provide the service from the Big Deal then he was coordinate a refund. Work is scheduled for this week

I called them looking for a roofing project. He came out to the home to look at the project. He arrived on time for the appointment. He stated that they would be too expensive for my roof work. He was nice, professional and I appreciated his honesty.

They are on Angie's List. The person who came to the house was very knowledgeable, he had a wonderful presentation and what I like about it is they treated me as the buyer and not the insurance company. They are not on the list by my insurance company but I am probably going to consider Snap Construction for some other projects that I might have as well. I thought that it was a reasonable quote given that I have researched this myself. They were prompt and gave me all the details, they were very professional, really wonderful presentation with pictures and all kinds of stuff in the presentation so you get a visual of everything so it was really nice. They also brought in their Better Business report and you get to see that as well so you know you're dealing with someone reputable in that, that was really well done. I actually did talk to them about fencing and some other things I haven't done yet.

Repeated return appointments kept and on time.

We have an older home circa 1939 that has cedar shakes. These shakes have been painted numerous times and now were desperately in need of repainting or something. It was getting a little embarrassing. I had a pretty good idea that painting would be cost prohibitive because of the lead paint issue. We had kicked around the idea of siding but were very much in the dark about cost etc. Well here popped up an offer on Angie's List for a great deal on siding with Snap Construction. We like Angie's List because it gives real life recommendations or criticism from everyday people such as ourselves. Snap came very highly rated so we took the offer. A gentleman named Ron came out and went over the whole deal. He was very thorough in explaining our options and going over material,colors etc. We agreed on a price and we waited for our never ending winter to call it quits! Snap could hold off its crews and clients only so long and our crew arrived. Big crew invaded the yard and jumped on the job. It snowed 5 inches that first night but our Snap crew came back,dug out and kept plugging away determined that Mother Nature would not stop them. Despite these hardships our crew, Tommy,Chuck,Val and Ogren were always kind, courteous and informative. Tommy and Chuck would inform us as to what they were going to do if there was the slightest question and ask for our input and blessing before proceeding. Ron came out twice a day to make sure everything was OK with both the crew and ourselves. What salesman does that?!!! Because these guys were doing such a great job and with Ron being so attentive we decided to get an estimate for gutters and signed up with Snap for those as well. Another great story-same thing with the fantastic gutter crew of Eric and Andy. What a courteous,conscientious and quality conscious pair of young men! If we need work again Snap will be the first on the list to call! Great job Snap-Thanks to Ron and his FANTASTIC crews!

They arrived on time, and were very polite and professional. They worked efficiently and did a good job. I would use them again.

Great! He was quick to call & set up the appointment. He came by a day ahead of time to talk and scope out the gutters. At our appointment time, he called and said he'd have to be a few minutes late. That wasn't a problem for us, but it was good to call. He did an amazing amount of caulking, and cleaned all the gutters while replacing our gutter guards as he went. For the additional downspout project, he had a lot of helpful advice on how to plan it, and what we *didn't* need as well as what we did. He did a very thorough and appealing job on that. When he finished, he pointed out a few other roof/gutter tune-ups we might want to consider, but without any hard sell.

Came to house to get the correct color then returned and completed the work. Very nice and good job.

I had previously called three other contractors and did not get any quotes. Jeff from Snap construction quoted the windows and did a very good job caulking the windows. There was some delay due to weather but he kept in touch and finished the job as soon as the weather allowed. I would definitely use this company in the future.

I was very happy with the job overall. Snap was very prompt with replying to all inquiries and in providing samples and estimates. Jake was the leader of the crew that did the job and explained the process and issues they found very thoroughly. He explained not only the issues they found, but also how they went about fixing them to ensure that water/weather issues wouldn't reappear. Our neighbors were very impressed with the fact that the crew did the job from start to finish in a single day. I would definitely work with Jake again.

I requested to get a quote on gutters and received an immediate call back - very responsive. On time for the quote however the experience when he was in my house was awful. I let him know that my husband and I were specifically looking for gutters only and he tried pitching me on a new roof and would throw gutters in for free. (Which I firmly stated no on.) He then only quoted me on commercial gutters when I specifically asked for a residential gutter quote. The quote was insanely high so I didn't go with him. I opted for another company that quoted be $800.00 under what Snap quoted me. Along with that, I was not asked more than 3 questions on what I was looking for in gutters. I would not ever go with this company for any reason as I've seen how they over quote and I can get what I want with better service elsewhere.

Everything went great. They were very helpful from beginning to end. The did a great job and we would use them again.

UPDATED REVIEW (4/22/2013: I wanted to update my review from a C to an A+. You can see my previous review before, and immediately the situation was rectified. Someone had dropped the ball on the initial order/communication, and the senior manager and owner reached out and immediately rectified the situation - they had phenomenal customer service and more than exceeded their previous experience! They kept us updated on every process, and the window installation was seamless. We were REALLY happy with the job - it was professional, well done, and overall, I am so happy with the job! I would definitely use SNAP Construction again, and think our initial bad experience was just one failure of one sales person. Since then, super happy! Thank you guys! Would be happy to be a reference for them now! I'll update my review once the windows actually are placed in, but disappointed by this A+ ranked company so far.
