Bought that was supposed in include several services. When the guy came to do the package he only sealed about the half the windows in my home and didn't perform any of the other tasks. I called back and had someone come out again. The second time only resulted in them trying to sell me more services. Not pleased with there services or products.

It went well. They were really nice and they informed me about all the things they were doing and also what I can in the future to make things better for me. I love how friendly and honest there were.

The sales guy, Jeffrey explained everything very well, and he always let me know what was going on. The roof was replaced in one day and it is a decent sized roof. They also fixed a leaking roof at my duplex which I had been having a lot of problems with.

I bought a big deal for 300 worth of window repair. I called to schedule an appointment with them. They said they were busy and would call back. After 3 weeks I called them back. They scheduled someone to come out, who was late. He then insisted that they couldn't repair the 3 windows, that we needed to replace all our windows. So, I asked him to look at the door, and he said he couldn't fix it either, that it needed to be replaced. Our house is less than 11 years old. I was very dissappointed that I couldn't just get some basic small fixed and winteriza tion.

I had 4 companies that gave me bids. I basically just checked the price on the siding because I decided later to do more than the siding. I picked Snap because it was in the ballpark with the price of the siding but I remembered Ron was the only one who said he could put up vertical siding on the front if that was what I wanted. That was a hard decision for me and thanks to Ron taking a photo of another house so I could compare, I decided horizontal would be best. I couldn't believe how fast the siding went up and within days of signing the contract. The men were very professional and cleaned up so well when it was finished. The deck came next and Dale was to do this project. He worked so hard and long hours to dissemble the deck on the west side in extremely hot weather. Then he put on the composite. At the end, we took a look at the beams holding up the deck and on closer inspection, we realized the inside of the beam was rotted. Ron was there to take care of any problems and he did. New beams replaced the rotted ones. Then I realized that I couldn't have metal railings because my bird feeders wasn't able to be attached because of the size. Ron still had a smile on his face and the two of us went off to pick out the composite railings I would need. It cost me a little more but it was what I wanted. The doors were beautiful, but we had another glitch. The manufacturer put the door knobs on the wrong side and the front door had to take a trip back to the factory. In the mean time, Dale and his helper put in the back door and storm door and the shutters went up. The door returned in 3 weeks and Ron and I left Dale with that job and we picked out the .door handles and locks. I'm retired and the time frames did not bother me, glitches happen. I appreciated Ron, because if I pointed something out, sometimes, so minute, he would check it out and take care of it. Dale would show me something like placement of the shutter to get my ok , I appreciated that also. Everyone I ever had contact with was wonderful to work with and fun. I am having more work done by them in the future. I also appreciated Angie's List in finding the right company. I don't know how I would have been able to pick from the amount of businesses out there. I knew I would get good service because of Angie's List.

I picked Snap Construction to replace our roof prior to the 8-7 hail storm based on the great reviews they have from multiple sources as well as hearing about them from another highly satified customer. Our roof was in need of replacement and I was planning on paying out of pocket for the work. The hail storm was a stroke of luck in that it converted a major expense into a small deductible for us. The salesperson was straight forward, knowledgeable, honest, and there was no pressure at all. In the last couple of years we have had 2 exterior doors, composite decking, tile back splash, and custom counter tops done by other contractors but I can honestly say that Snap Construction will be getting all of my future business since working with Snap was far and away the quickest, easiest, and most painless of any of our recent projects! Kudo's to Snap for making things as as easy as they should be. Brian was a pleasure to work with and I can honestly say that based on my experience that Snap Constructions motto of "Its that easy" is truly fact not fiction. 5 Stars, Grade A, Best of the best in my opinion.

Vendor arrived promptly for installation at the scheduled appointment time. Scheduling of the appointment was painless. Everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. The installer and I conferred from down at ground level about the ideal placement for maximum ventilation and optimal sun on the solar collector. He explored some options for doing the installation from inside the attic, which did not work out. The installation from the roof side went just fine, however, centered between the truss joists. The installer and I both made an incorrect assumption about the function of the unit, believing it had some means of STORING energy. This impacted the location we agreed to install, on the east-facing pitch of the home. IF the unit stored energy and could operate when the sun was not directly on the unit, this would have been fine. I found after-the-fact that the unit ONLY operates when there is sun on the collector panel. Better product knowledge would have resulted in more ideal placement on a south and/or west facing slope for afternoon sun/power. The unit was not tested after install (hard to do if it's a cloudy day; i don't recall if that was the circumstances). I was curious enough about it to climb up on my roof at least a handful of times during the week after installation to try to verify operation. Frustrated that it appeared not to work, I called SNAP and told them I was concerned the unit was a "lemon." Dan returned to our home within a day or two and verified my findings, and replaced the unit. No hassle for me. Since the installation, I have had to get up on the roof to make modifications to the angle and pitch of the solar collector for ideal sun collection through the hottest part of the afternoon. Again, better product knowledge by the installer would probably have resulted in them making this adjustment, not me. I had to contact SNAP Construction to get the paperwork for the energy tax credit touted when the 'Big Deal' was being promoted. Ideally, I should not have had to ask; it should have been provided proactively. Bottom line: good quality of work; good responsiveness; friendly people; poor anticipation of customer needs and poor knowledge of the product being sold & installed.

We had a few calls back and forth before we were able to schedule the first appointment, but it was great that they come out to the house prior to scheduling the work, so that they understood the scope of my work. I feel like I received a great value, given the amount of work they were able to complete within the guidelines of the "Big Deal Purchase". My only disappointment was that I asked to get some pricing on some additional work at my house, which was not a part of this deal. I didn't hear back, so maybe they weren't interested.

The entire process was very professional. My email and call were responded to the same day. Jeff came out at my convenience and gave me an estimate and showed me a variety of material options. A few weeks later, my roofs were replaced in a single day. About 2 weeks after that the new gutter system was installed. There was no debris and my yard looked the same as it did before installation.

I will be getting a refund on my deal because their worker in Madison ended up not working out so they couldn't fulfill the deal. It was initially hard to get a response, but now they are working with me to resolve this issue and process the refund.

Excellent job of caulking. Due to an initial problem, management called me to discuss the situation. They reacted amazingly to my concerns, and quickly, and were very concerned about me being satisfied. Remarkable customer service! They are to be commended for the way they "finished strong." It is rare to see this level of commitment and follow through. I would absolutely use Snap Construction again. They clearly care about making the customer happy!

It was good. They where willing to come back and complete the work that my husband asked them to do. There are no issues with their services.

The cleaning went fine, though it took longer than anticipated to get done probably due to the volume this promo created. I felt that Randy Penrod did what he could to help get it done when I asked a few times for an ETA and he gave me a direct line to him after a few requests had been lost in the system The cleaning did leave old leaf/mud/tree debris around our yard which is to be expected in the snow

Work was done well with no issues.

Snap only uses sub contractors. When questions arose, the subs couldn't answer the questions. I called three times for final bill. I had to call twice to get a refund that was due. One sub said what the estimator ordered was overkill. A second sub said the soffits that were supposed to replaced were clearly in excellent condition and should not be replaced. Calls to Snap in the morning, would be returned 4 to 5 hours later. The estimator was helpful but was not available as he was at his son's Boy Scout camp. I felt that Snap should had assigned someone else to keep the job on track and be available to answer questions. All in all, it appears they did quality work but getting there was an ordeal.

Everything was done timely, professionally and as promised. Was happy with everything.

First of all, the receptionist that I spoke to when calling to schedule a service visit was very friendly and helpful. Even though they were extremely busy with calls from the hail storm, they got us scheduled for a service visit in one week. Steve came out and was very helpful and professional. He showed me the damage on the old fitting and told me everything that he did. He even re-caulked another pipe to prevent future leaks. He checked for other damage while he was up there. He went above and beyond what I was expecting from the call and did the work then and there without rescheduling a second appt. thus keeping us from having to pay for another visit. He only charged $100 for fixing and assessing. I really appreciated the time he took and the thorough explanation and information he gave me. Will definitely be using this company again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was not so good. We're actually waiting for our refund of what I had paid for. It took a couple of months to get us scheduled. I don't know if they hired contractors that didn't work for the company but it got pushed a few times. When they finally did get someone to come out here, the work was done poorly and improperly so they sent someone out to fix it. That person thought they were just doing an estimate on how much to fix the work. I finally contacted them and told them to just give us the refund. The deal was for window restoration. We bought a 1947 house and there's a few windows we don't want replaced because they're old and we want to keep them. I think their approach is more just like a quick fix for some problems you're having with the window and not actually restoring an old window. When they removed the product, they had used the wrong product on the windows.

Great. No problems at all from first contact to conclusion. Will use them again for sure

It was okay. The weather was not cooperative and it took a long time to schedule. I thought he might have been able to schedule it a little sooner but it was a bargain discount coupon thing. The work he did was fine and the price was fine.

Jim arrived, introduced himself and then proceeded to get to work. He scoped things out and then we sat down to discuss his proposal. I did chose another bid but was very satisfied with this offer.

We purchased a Big Deal for 3 hours of window work. When I called and explained that we had a 1919 house and wanted to repair, not replace, some windows, we were referred to Dan. When he looked at what we needed done, he explained that 3 hours might not cover all the repairs, as it would depend on how long it look to chip out the old glazing. Although he said he would not need to get inside the house, I arranged to be there so I could save some of his time by doing the run to the hardware store for new glass myself. On the date of service, he showed up promptly and started on the porch window. I was surprised to find that, although he was recommended as the person knowing about windows on old houses, he didn't know how to remove the storm windows. We figured it out, but he did need to come inside the house several times to take off the storms and get a couple panes of glass out. So it was a good thing I had taken off work to be there. Half the planned work got done during the 3 hours of the Big Deal, and he did a fine job on the glazing. We've arranged a second appointment at regular rates to complete the other couple of broken windows. We might consider hiring Snap Construction again for something, but I would look for someone else more familiar with older homes if we ever want to do more with our windows.
