I had no issues scheduling, I was able to use the deal almost immediately. The gentleman was very thorough and patient, I was very impressed with him. It was a very good audit. He told me exactly what I needed to do and I attend to do some of his suggestions prior to next winter.

Snap Construction contacted me, came out, did a great consultation-we mutually decided the previous insulation was to code and looked great! No need for service.

It was fine. Got some ideas for the future.

Very good communication and personal skills. Workmanship seemed to be excellent. The only fault I would find is that it took a long time to clean up after them. Some vacuuming was done but only minimal. Other than that I would recommend them to friends.

The worker that was sent was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. After he replaced the weather-stripping on my front door and the door from the garage into the house, I asked him about the door from the garage to the backyard that was replaced a year before because I noticed gaps between the door and frame. The weather-stripping that was on it when purchased was inadequate and he installed thicker weather-stripping on it to make sure it would be properly sealed when closed. He then proceeded to insulate all outlets along the exterior walls and caulk around the interior of each window frame. After that he did a thorough inspection of the insulation in the roof and even took me around the house with a thermal imaging device to show me other areas of my house which could be allowing cold air to come in and gave me tips on what to do about them since they were beyond the services that were included in the big deal I purchased.

Overall they did what they said they'd do and when they said they'd do it but it wasn't especially helpful. I guess it was more a matter of what my expectations were than the service provided.

They contacted me after I purchased the big deal. There is still snow on the roof so they won't do it until it's safe to do so. They sent me an email explanation and this is fine.

It took a lot of back and forth to schedule a time for the service. The service was ok. He worked for about an hour and seemed rushed. I wished he would have utilized the entire time included in the deal.

Needed to use heat/cold sensor gun. Had to come back at later date after obtaining needed equipment. Were able to tell us where cold was entering house, and how to remedy.

Snap Construction Inc were good. They were on time and explained things well. Everything was done very well.

The best thing about it was that they were able to do what I had asked them to. The worst thing about it was that they had switched systems and I was lost in the shuffle and so I had to reach out to them. I really didn't care about it. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I was told somebody was going to contact me and they didn't but they showed up very promptly at the door. So there were two times when the ball was in their court, the first time was not so good and the second time it was great.

It was good. They came out some time in last Fall. I had to pay for their supplies. I really liked the manager that I worked with. He really followed up and asked questions as to whether I was getting what I wanted and he was just really good.

The original guy scheduled to do the work did not show up on time. When I finally got ahold of him, he admitted that he had been sick for a couple of days. While I felt bad for the guy, I was upset that I had taken the afternoon off work and no one had the courtesy to call me and reschedule. When I complained, the manager? owner? of Snap Construction apologized profusely, offered to do the work for me for free and a discount on any future work I might have with them. He had another guy schedule the job with me. Jim was very professional, thorough, prompt and interesting. I did not request my money back from Angie's List because I do believe I got my money's worth. I would hire Snap Construction in the future and believe it was just the one guy who dropped the ball.

Obtained service thru a Groupon so they were overwhelmed, hence the C for responsiveness. They did their best and communicated well. Showed up when they said once we arranged a date. Pleasant and professional representatives.

There were some difficulties in scheduling and getting back information about what was seen and whatwas done. It would have been nice to get a written report and even photos.

Jim was tremendously responsive and explained in detail the work he would accomplish. He did an energy audit of the house and walked me around showing where cold was entering and heat was escaping based on infrared displays. He sealed up ceiling openings (light fixtures, fans) and attic openings to allow for better circulation. Jim also boxed around the opening to the attic to hold back added insulation. He and his able assistant then added 12-18 inches of fiberglass insulation. I have been watching my gas and electric bills carefully since this work was done. Especially with our sub-zero temperatures this winter season. I have noticed a considerable difference and will be saving $money$ over the long term of winter heating & summer cooling bills.

It was a very positive experience. They completed the job as described. We were very pleased with the work that was completed.

He did more than I expected him to do. It went well. I thought I may want to call him back for something I would need in the future. It was really good. He gave me great advice on doors.

Everything went well. They were on time and very easy to make an appointment with. They did a nice job putting in the windows, we are happy with the work. They also finished on time. We would use them again.

They were very punctual, super responsive, easy to work with, cleaned everything up in the yard. The quality that they did was really nice. Just a really good experience. The people that did the work were very nice, professional and easy to work with.

Performed the inspection of the attic

We e-mailed back and forth and set a date for 2/7 at 8:30 for the work to be done. They mentioned that the snow needed to be cleared from the roof so I had that removed. I took a day of vacation on 2/7 and, at about 8:55, the technician had not arrived so I called to check the status. He told me that he was sick and had forgotten to call me. He then went on to explain that the deal had been posted in the wrong month and that this kind of work cannot be done until spring. To avoid the risk of forgetting about this before spring arrives, I am choosing to cancel my order and get a refund.

He was totally unprepared and uninformed.
