I had ordered two hours of exterior maintenance in March. There was still a lot of snow so we agreed to schedule a time later in the spring. Scheduling was very confusing. We emailed and telephoned. Four or five different people were involved in this process and everyone seemed to have a different idea about what work was to be done. Late in the process I found out that they were expecting to do roof maintenance which I didn't need. That confusion persisted for a a few phone calls. Then I thought we were all in agreement that they would look at my foundation and fences for possible work. Eventually I got an email saying that I misunderstood the promotion, that they don't do foundation or fence work even though someone is still trying to schedule this work for me. The person who told me this said to look at the ad, that it was clear. It was not. Very aggravating and I still don't understand where the problem was.

They weren't able to come out. I had submitted request for CSC Exteriors by accident. Please cancel that refund and do this one instead.

He arrived on time and got background (my roof is 25 years old, no real problems, hail damage reported by my gutter cleaner, noisy turbine) and then he went up on roof. He took pictures. He didn't tell me that he did any actual "tune up" work although a couple of pictures showed areas that could have used some.

They have been easy to get in touch with so far.

This was my second time using Snap. Last year they installed four windows - insert replacement types - and I was very satisfied with the price and work done. Jim did a very nice job with the quote and the installers were very professional. So, when I decided to replace my living room windows, Snap was the company I called. Again, Jim was on time for the quote, did a nice job and did the work himself. Overall, very satisfied with the work and the price. Would recommend them to anyone who asks.

We've had lots of issues the last few years with ice dams causing leaking in our home. Recently we also had leaking after a stretch of several rainy days. I called Snap Construction to talk to them about whether or not a big deal they offered through Angies List seemed appropriate for the issues we're having. The person I talked to was nice and she added me to the company's system , told me we could purchase the big deal through them, and told me that because they were so busy I should expect to hear from someone sometime next week at the earliest. Eric called me the very next day to set up a time to meet and when I called him back offered to come over immediately.....this was on a Saturday! He was at our home 25 minutes later and was great to work with. He talked to me about the issues I showed him inside the house and then inspected our roof. He sealed areas around two dormers with caulk and also sealed a number of holes in our shingles. He explained that while this likely didn't 'fix' the problem for the long term it should take care of the leaking for now (unfortunately it is just not in our budget right now to do a new roof or the work that our roof may really need). Eric also sealed an attic entry point and spent a lot of time discussing our issues with me. He also was fine with me watching what he was doing and even showed me what to do in the future so that I can fix the issues myself if they arise again and if i feel comfortable doing so. Lastly, he asked me to give him a call next time it rains to see if we did get the problem addressed. All in all it was a great experience, and I will definitely use Snap again in the future.

Looked at windows we had and felt their restoration would not apply to us. Walked around to consider other services they could provide, but nothing significant.

We'll need a strong rain again to be sure, but it appears that the work Eric did was excellent and should fix the problem. Finding fixes for 100+ year old houses is never easy. Eric assessed the problem quickly and developed a plan to fix the problem. Very professional.

We bought a deal for a roof inspection. They called right away to make an appointment and were out to our house within a week. Eric came on Saturday and spent over an hour at our house inspecting our roof and windows and performing repairs. He answered a ton of questions I had about the quality of our roof and issues we'd been having. He came right on time and on a weekend. Thanks for a job well done.

It went very week. The individual did a top notch job. Provided helpful suggestions and followup.

Purchased a Big Deal to have our roof inspected. Received prompt communication from the company but was alerted that the company was scheduled out 6 weeks already. I recognize that the advertisement did not specify a time frame upon which we might receive service, but I need service much sooner than this so I am seeking a refund on the purchase.

Construction project scheduled based on those needs.

Not good. The caulking at some places were bad. Had to be sent photos and to be redone. The Blower test was not performed and had to call them back for the blower test.

Eric went up on the roof, looked over the condition of it. I'd had some concerns about paint damage in the front of my house and slight water damage in one of my guess bedrooms. Eric addressed my concerns and gave advice on how to remedy the situation. He also pointed out how the ventilation on my roof had been painted over during the last round of painting that the previous owners had done. It was pretty blatant once he pointed it out, I can't believe I hadn't noticed before. Eric was prompt and professional, and I would gladly have him back for future business!

Jim was the nicest person to work with and if I was going to do this work I would use them. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He was a little late due to no fault of his own as my address on Angie's List was wrong for the city. He called twice to figure all that out.

A waste of my time and money. There was no screening of their service area vs where I live.

We originally completed the form on Angie's List to make contact with the company but I ended up contacting their office in person due to personal preference. I was able to set up an appointment that suited our needs and found the company extremely accommodating. Field Supervisor Brian Larson deserves a rating of an A+ for his inspection of our attic, written and verbal information on attic insulation and ventilation, and providing answers to other home energy concerns that we had. We were pleased with Brian's punctuality, attention to detail and knowledge base, as well as his courteousness and respect for our home. When bringing his ladder into our home, he was extremely careful to avoid hitting the walls or woodwork and picked up the insulation that had landed on the carpet from opening the attic entrance. There are some areas of the main floor walls that might need more insulation but we will need to wait until colder weather to have a thermal scan of our walls completed. We have the confidence in Snap Construction to use them for this service later this year. We highly recommend Snap Construction.

Great, great service. Not the lowest bidder, but very, very close. Fully satisfied with the job and the clean-up after. New roof looks GREAT! Tyler (sales) was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, responsive and took full notes of my requests. I do ALL the work on my house (completely remodeled in 30 years) except drywall and roofing... so Tyler had his hands full with full discussions of my notes. (I learned a lot from talking to him - though it is doubtful I will ever need a newer roof!) I recommend Snap and would use them again, given the need... Sadly, Tyler told me they don't do drywall.. : ) : )

Eric was great - he listened to my concerns about the roof and siding, got the work done quickly and effectively, and caulked some areas I had not mentioned/ known about. He also had some good information that he mentioned (after I asked), in a nice, low-key way, about some options we might be looking at a few years down the road. Even with our aging vinyl siding, I am so happy that all the pieces are back on the house, it looks so much better!!

We bought a $99 coupon for roof repair in the heart of the worst ice dams of the year. We shoveled and chipped the ice off and figured it most be ruined and wanted to know why we were often getting ice dams so I bought the coupon. The company let us know that they couldn't go on the roof until it was clean and dry and warm enough to make repairs. I'm sorry I forgot the name of the man I talked with on the phone. Well this was the winter that wouldn't quit but eventually the guy called back and we set a day that I was working but my son was home. My son says he came, wasn't there very long. The guy called me after and said our roof is great and needs no repairs. So that was that.

We bought a special deal from Angie for a roof maintenance package and Eric came to check the roof condition. I thank you for his professionalism and punctuality. He was very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. I definintely will call Eric if i need some works with the roof

Eric called shortly after my purchase of Snap Construction's Roof inspection deal and scheduled a date for the inspection. Eric called an hour before scheduled appointment to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if it would be okay to come early. When he arrived, he found that three shingles were missing and found two of them by the back side of garage. Eric reinstalled them and caulked. Checked the rest of the roof and caulked to reseal where needed. I found Eric to be very professional and prompt and will recommend Snap Construction to my neighbors if they need any services that they may provide.

Guys showed up on time. Spent two partial days on job and finished successfully. Cleaned up afterwards and job very neat and complete. Brian the supervisor was also on site both days and did a tune up of my roof as well as inspection for hail damage from past summer.Very pleased and definitely would use again and may use if roof is to be replaced.

I haven't heard from them yet. Service not yet done.

Roof repair good, Vent replacement didn't get very flat. Attic insulation-- after I inspected it was not done well, told Snap about it and they agreed to come back, the second time around they did a good job.
