We received a quote and it was way more than we anticipated.

They were running late because the crew had to have a tire fixed on their way to our home. We received a phone call from one of the Field Supervisors to let us know they would be there shortly...they were. Three pleasant workers came in ready to roll and get the job done. Brian (field supervisor) came soon after and inspected the site. The job was finished and cleaned up in less than three hours.

poliI only had them out to do the quote after dropping the $99 on the coupon regretfully (never again will I do a bid deal like this; the deal only makes sense to purchase if they come out and do a quote first and they are in the ballpark, then pull the trigger on the big deal, unfortunately it doesn't work that way with Angie's List. Ouch!). I don't want to talk all bad because the gentleman that came out was very nice and respectful. It was a bad experience with an Angie's List big deal and buyers beware of this purchasing situation where you pay up front for a service that ends up being a quoted job because they can quote you just about anything after you pay your $99, then you feel obligated to use them since you already had money invested. Sad deal.

The guy was really great. I really liked Kip. I'm losing my height in one of the bedrooms and we were hoping to find out where we were losing the heat. There wasn't a very in depth analysis so I feel like I paid to have them tell me I needed more insulation. I was hoping he would be able to identify other ways I could conserve energy and get more heat to stay in that bedroom. I did like the technician, and I would probably use the company again as long as the analysis was more in depth.

Called ahead of time, was very friendly on the phone. ?Arrived at the specified time, again, very friendly and happy, nice and upbeat. ?He took a general look around, discussed a few things with me, then went into my attic to see my insulation levels.?After a few (10?) minutes, he came back down, cleaned up the mess that was made by falling insulation and told us that we had more than the recommended amount of insulation and didn't recommend we purchase any new insulation. ?He told us about the air flow and soffets and had no recommendations for structure changes to our roof.?His only recommendation was replacement of our windows, which are more than 35 years old and the main source of heat loss in the winter for us, so this wasn't a surprise to hear. ?He offered some advice on things we could do if we didn't want to pay the money for the replacement, and offered to measure and get us a real quote if we wanted to move forward.?He was friendly the entire time he was at our house, talking with our 8 months old and our dog.?He left some information for us along with a "very" rough estimate of what he thought a replacement might cost, but again said if we want to move forward, we should get the measurements taken.

They came to my home and looked in my attic and said that I already had insulation in that area and the deal is not needed. He was very nice and honest. If I need anything in the future I will call them.

I purchased the deal from the provider and he came out and wrote out a contract for us. After the work was done, I noticed that he offered a 5% discount if we wrote a positive review. Although the discount had been applied, this went against my morals and I emailed him about the situation. He then rewrote the contract and removed the 5% discount. I feel that he was very aggressive and intimidating and that it was bribery and I question all of the reviews for this company.

Need to wait until spring. ON the other hand I tried to sign up with another vendor and the response was, My email was incorrect, even though I am using the same email you are.

10 days have passed since I purchased the "big deal" from snap construction and there has been no contact from them to set up an appointment for service. They have my phone number and my email.....even though when I made the purchase I put in the comment area, the sooner the better for the service to take place.

The company seemed uninterested in my business at first contact but set an appointment to get the attic assessed for adding insulation. The first appointment was canceled and rescheduled for one week later when I returned the call they stated it was for 2 weeks not one week. They didn't make that appointment either. I just canceled it.

Overall the inspection went well. The salesman was prompt and cordial. We are in the first phase of the project.

He talked us through our options, which were limited because of the early snow, and gave us some good advice on what to take care of immediately and what could wait.

Very Well. The listed service provider explained that I would save money by not using this voucher. I will be using this service provider but not the voucher.

Jeremy was wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and made suggestions on how to best insulate my house. I didn't feel at all pressured and couldn't be happier with how things went. If I ever need more isolation work done, I will be contacting Jeremy and snap.

I was excited when I saw the ad in Angie's List. Because some of the issues I have are somewhat unusual; both of the front condos are against a brick wall, and are between 4 to 5 feet underground Since I've moved in I seem to be having issues-just last year we had mice under the front steps-next to my condo-I don't know if they invaded my space or not, But I thought with the audit, I would know for sure. Unfortunately, it was more of a yes you need all new windows & patio door. I already know that but I wanted to make sure one didn't start a new redo of everything. Thank you so much any (?) give me a call.

He was prompt, efficient and gave me a good evaluation of what needs to be done. I think I will be hiring him to do the work.

They punctured my air conditioner, and told me they would reimburse me for it. Their work was very good and they did follow through on what they offered. The repair was completed and they compensated me for being without an air conditioner for a few weeks.

It has not turned out because the vinyl coat was about 2000 and I have not secured financing to cover that cost. I never actually used the $100 so I should probably call and see if can get my money back. I guess I would recommend them because they were simple to use but I guess I would not recommend because I didn't know upfront that there would be a much larger cost associated with the work that they were doing. I didn't see it as an estimate. I thought of somewhere towards $500 worth of work.

We are very pleased with the window quality and quality of installation. We were told by sales that the installation process would be about 2 days. Even with near perfect weather, the process took 6 days to complete. The installer was not always on the job when promised.

The process went smoothly. They showed up when they said they would, and the inspection was quick and easy to understand. The insulation assessment was the main reason I wanted this service. I found out that our house is in need of more insulation and the venting is inadequate. An estimate was provided for resolving the issues, along with a very good explanation of what work would be needed. I chose not to do the work at the time, but I am thinking about it for the future.

Very pleased with interaction.

The Big Deal was misleading in my opinion; it was unclear that you needed to have a certain minimum square footage in order to get the benefit of the deal. The salesperson who provided a quote was responsive. Overall we were dissatisfied with the proposed 'fix' (their proposal included extras that several other contractors have said are unnecessary) and the estimated cost was more than we have been quoted by other companies.

They don't return emails or phone calls.

Snap Construction came out to my home. I had a remodel done and had some of the insulation come out during the job. I was told my insulation is out of code and the provider said he couldn't do anything with the deal because he would need to more work and it would require at least $1,000 to do any work.

Kip explained how the deal worked which was different than I had understood it to be. Very pleasant experience.
