Brian did everything needed for my house and provided me professional and kind assistance. I would recommend Snap. After insulation added, house is able to keep warm once heater heated up inside temperature.

Everything went as planned. They did a great job insulating the attic area and cleaned up well when the project was complete. They also helped process an energy rebate.

Snap Construction helped with me a soffit, fascia and rafter overhaul on a 100+ year old home in Minneapolis. From consult to completion, it was a very positive experience. Dan was straightforward in his consultation, but never salesy. There was no pressure. He very clearly outlined the project costs, deliverables and timelines. It was a simple, pain-free process. Scheduling an exterior project in Minnesota in March/April time is tricky due to unpredictable cold and snow. Snap was appropriately communicative, with regular check-ins for scheduling. From there, Dan and the Snap Construction delivered. Very simply, Snap Construction completed the soffit, fascia and rafter overhaul on time and on budget. The completed work looks great and it is solid. Dan and the Snap Construction Team delivered great work while providing a positive and professional experience. They provided straightforward project deliverables and pricing, courteous communication, and quality work. I would recommend Snap Construction in a heartbeat!

It's been great working with Brian over that last few years on some house projects. Roofing, gutters, siding, insulation, interior remodel...to name a few. Extremely knowledgeable and a wealth of information when I need it. Has even helped me in a couple instances where he new there was no money to be made, Thanks Brian! Dan L. from Snap Construction came out, measured my windows, recommended what would be the best for comfort and efficiency, ordered the windows and then came out installed them when the windows came in. The crew that showed up worked hard and came back everyday til it was done. Many houses around us were started then left for a few days, our house was completed in a couple days with the crew coming back each day. The office staff was friendly and they worked with us well.

Everyone was very professional. Work was done in a timely fashion and they did a excellent job with installation.

Even thought the order was late in the autumn. he made sure my windows were in before cold weather. The project manager, Matt, is so easy to work with and he always kept me updated. I never worried about my smaller job being lost in the shuffle.

The hole project was done ahead of schedule. Workmanship was great and the crews well vary helpful and a pleaser to work with.

We received an accurate quote quickly after a visit from Matt Thomes. He scheduled was able to fit us into their busy summer schedule, after 6 weeks or so. The work was completed in one day. The new skylight arrived ahead of the work date, and Matt followed up on delivery and post installation of the skylight. The work site was cleared of debris soon after the project was done. We are very happy with our new skylight.

It went great. Knowing that the local construction companies were busy due to all of the storm damage in our area, my expectations were pretty low regarding the type of customer service I was going to be experiencing. Well, Matt from Snap blew me away. As busy as he and his company were, there was no call, email or text that wasn't returned promptly. I'd definitely do business with Matt/Snap again.

The pitch of our roof is a little steeper than certificate allows so money will be refunded as work won't be performed.

The Crew showed up at 7 am, and the job was complete by 1pm It went very well, (New Roof Yea!) nice job! I felt very comfortable doing business with Snap Construction Co. We had an issue with not finding the right skylights for the Roof, and Brian went out of his way to find them for us It's never any fun having to replace a Roof, but Brian actually made it an enjoyable experience Thanks Snap Construction, and Thanks Brian.....

Project manager (Mike) was really helpful explaining to process and helping with rebate application. Installation also went w/o hassle and on time as they promised.

Working with Dan Lahr at Snap Construction was a pleasure. He was easy to talk to, answered all my questions patiently and quickly, made suggestions, etc. For something as complicated as this project was (at least in my mind), it went incredibly smoothly. I highly recommend this company.

Far exceeded my expectations of needing such major work completed

We had several exterior home repairs completed and Snap did an outstanding job. Matt worked with our insurance company and was great about keeping us informed. He was also quick to address any questions/concerns we had. In addition to the storm repairs we also had Snap replace a large picture window, skylight and add a fence gate. Everything went very well.
