Quality work, I was very pleased. I don't have any problems thus far!

In one word: PERFECT!! I got a lot of help in understanding the process and options-thanks to Chris. He found other areas that needed attention & negotiated on my behalf for replacement/repair. He ran interference for me on all aspects of the job with my insurance company. The roofing material was delivered when promised, the crew showed up when scheduled and completed the job as promised. Chris also managed the details relating to obtaining the city permit and scheduling the inspection-all of which was done in a timely manner. My whole neighborhood needed roof replacement and I am still hearing horror stories of roofing jobs. There are homes who had their roof replaced before mine and still waiting for city inspections. Some homeowners had their inspection fail and/or had shingles blow off during high winds after the re-roof job; work crews failing to show up or smaller work crews than promised causing days of disruption. Others waited for weeks/months to have the smaller details completed, such as painting, gutters, etc. Within a short, reasonable time all of the work was done with little disruption. Quite frankly, I feel rather smug that my project went so smoothly compared to others. I had recommended Snap to my neighbors, but they went with smaller companies with less reliability and less customer service philosophy.

They were really good, they were right on time. It took two days, and cleaned up well. The work was done great. They all spoke English which helped.

Dan came to our house after shortly calling Snap Construction. He discussed the process, measured for the doors and window. Within a day we were emailed a proposal, which we accepted. Both doors and window were custom made, arrived on time and professionally installed by Matt. Overall we were very please. There job was finished on time and no chnages in the proposed price. Everyone we dealt with at Snap was friendly and helpful. We will use Snap again and will recommend them to friends and family.

We worked with Dan, who did a good job of communicating with us about the progress of the project. Because we had a number of things done and we needed a number of different skills, and also due to weather and supplier delays, the project dragged on for a while. The workers who came to the house were polite, considerate and competent. They did a great job of cleaning up, particularly after the roof tearoff. The workmanship has been good. We did notice a couple of things that needed to be fixed, and Dan had them taken care of promptly. We are very satisfied with the results of our project and will use Snap again if we have another project to do.

Responded quickly and found leak source. When conditions permitted, roofer was scheduled and performed repair.

Very well. When unexpected problems arise, Greg Burger is responsive and asks how I want to handle it, adjusting the cost appropriately. Still, it was one in one day!

New roof on house and garage went on smoothly and very quick. Greg went out of his way to meet with insurance adjuster multiple times so claim could get filed promptly. Everything went well including cleanup. I especially appreciated that Greg showed up when he said he would, something more companies should do.

Snap did our roof last fall. Matt was great to work with. He always kept in touch and checked in throughout the whole process. We found a couple of small issues in the spring after the snow melt and they came out quickly and got everything fixed up. Thanks for the great service!

Great! Amy Gillespie came out to look at our house and was very thorough. She even went above and beyond and took a quick peak at our water heater to spot signs of CO2 when we mentioned we were thinking of adding more insulation to our house, and she was right - we did have CO2 signs and had to replace our water heater. She also rushed to get us a window quote. We had SNAP do our roof last year and they were fantastic to work with! Eric was the production manager and he was very on top of things. Highly recommend SNAP!

I recently had to replace a roof due to storm damage, and could not have been happier with the service from Snap Construction. Greg was great to work with and made sure the whole process went smoothly. He was very accessible, and was able to meet with our claim adjuster on a moments notice. Would highly recommend Greg and Snap Construction and will definitely use them for any future projects!

It went really well, when the weather cooperated.Quality of work was good .Very happy with the outcome.When the storm damage was completed,we had Dan from Snap quote us on rebuilding our deck. Another good outcome.Couldn’t be happier with the results.

Amy Gillespie is and was so awesome! As project manager, she expedited the entire project and got us into their schedule when it was best for us. She was informative and in contact each and every step of the way, and the project was completed and fully weather protected ahead of schedule. In fact, the roof replacement was finished in one day and the roof to sidewall siding upgrade/retrofit was completed the next day. The new low maintenance rain gutters worked well in the last rain, keeping both leaves and acorns from clogging the downspouts which could save us hundreds of dollars ($$) every 3 months. Our neighborhood has big trees, and they take their toll on roofs and gutters. The steps Amy took will also help assure us of much better protection from winter and spring roof ice dams - they put in the enhanced protections usually only available on new house construction!

Amy G was super professional and had work completed in a timely manner. Sider even worked in inclement weather!! I would highly recommend SNAP construction and use Amy G.

We were planning on getting our roof replaced, and when we went to get estimates from Snap Construction and other contractors, Greg was the only contractor to actually go up on a ladder and look at the roof. He found hail damage and was therefore able to get our insurance company involved. This seemingly small thing led to us savings thousands of dollars out of our pocket.

The companies people showed as promised. Gave a square footage measurement and a price to side the house. Haven't made a decision yet.

We had such a good experience working with Brian and Snap Construction. We really loved the constant communication that Brian provided as well as the hard work dealing with contractors. We will definitely be working with Snap Construction again.

We picked a start date and they were actually able to start early. They had every thing wrapped up in a week and a half. We did need to have them come back a few times to fix a few items we found were not quite to our liking. We worked with Brian from snap, he was really great to work with. The house turned out great and we get complements from all our neighbors The house went from white aluminum siding to dark grey LP Smart engineered wood. It looks like a new house! Snap was also the lowest bid, but they had great reviews so we went with them and were able to include our detached garage in the project due to their price.

Snap construction I highly recommend Snap construction. They did a nice job on my siding install. Everyone I worked with ,from the sales person, the workers, and the project manager were very professional and detail oriented. And when I had an issue with some heat buckling they came out and fixed it , no hassle, no added charge. These people want your business and are a company with integrity. Very pleased.
