I highly recommend SNAP Construction for roofing projects. They recently replaced the roof on my house in south Minneapolis and the whole process went incredibly smooth. The new roof looks great! Our project manager, Tim Lahr, was fantastic too and great to deal with. He was very responsive with answering questions and even QC'd the work after the crew was done. I can't tell you how many times vendors could make things just a little better with a second check of their work. A+++ Full service, happy ending:)

My contact was Jeff. He was on time for the inspection/estimate. There bid was not the highest nor the lowest. I went with them because they were local and had good reviews. Everything was on time and the crew finished the roofing in one day. Things were cleaned up nicely, and the dumpster and unused materials were picked up the next day.

Snap did an excellent job. The estimate was timely and reasonable. The crew were prompt and courteous and worked hard. The job was finished on time. Our espectations were met and we are happy with the work.

Our deck build had to be delayed multiple times, but Matt from Snap was always very understanding of our situation and made all the necessary adjustments to work with our constantly changing timeline. Snap construction did a wonderful job on our roof. We got quotes from a few places and they were by far the cheapest, but also were very detailed with their process that I knew we were still receiving the highest quality of services. They completed our roof in a day, and installed gutter guards for us a few days later, and that process only took maybe an hour. Very impressed, very professional, very thorough. Special shout out to Matt for helping us through the process and being extremely responsive always. Based on the quality of services received, we plan on having our windows done with them also Later this year

Matt and his roofing team were great. They were on time, courteous, and efficient. The roof and gutters look great and the clean up was very good.

Snap was really great to work with. They replaced the siding and shingles on our entire home, some fascia and some of the gutters after a hail storm. From the first meeting, Matt Thomes takes the burden off the homeowner and communicates directly with the insurance company to get the job done. He also gives you his personal cell number and responds quickly to questions and concerns. He and his team are punctual and efficient. Matt kept me up to speed on their schedule from start to finish. The project was pushed back a few times due to weather, but I was always informed of when to expect delivery of the materials and work on our house. I was having guests over to my house just as they were finishing up the project and Matt worked with me to make sure the project was finished and the materials picked up ahead of schedule to accommodate my guests. Working with Matt Thomes and Snap was a welcome reprieve from prior experiences with contractors that did subpar work and/or had very bad customer service. I have since contacted Matt to have additional work done on my house and the experience has been just as good the second time around.

I had Snap Construction replace the old shingles on the roof that had developed a small leak. The shingles were replaced in July 2019, I wanted the shingles to experience some heavy summer rains and go through some winter freeze thaw cycles before writing a short review. The shingles performed as I would have expected, great. The estimate wasn’t the high bid or the low bid of the three estimates I received, it was right in the middle. Chris T, the project manager was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the roofing job. Chris was on time for every appointment scheduled, was always prompt in responding to any emails or phone calls that I initiated as well as the front office staff at Snap. Chris made the color selection very easy by providing the samples of the shingles I was interested in. Chris was polite, courteous and professional and sold me on Snap. Chris followed through on all the work performed. The roofing job isn’t large by todays standard, the house is a 1960’s split level. The job went off as scheduled. The crew showed up on time and was stellar, some of the hardest working group of guys I’ve ever seen. They had the shingles torn off in under two hours and started putting down the OC Sure Nail System Plus Pro Armor instantly. The job was completed in one day. They covered up all shrubs with protection and cleaned up well. I just stayed out of their way and let them have at it. The work was done on one of the hottest days of the summer and I’m still impressed on how hard they worked. The quality was excellent and on budget. I would definitely recommend Snap to anyone and use them again.

very professional installation, great windows, excellent communication throughout the process

Hired SNAP to install new windows, vinyl siding, and exterior stone on my home, plus rebuilding the front entryway. I couldn't be happier with decision. The guys worked in the cold, sometimes single-digit cold, to complete the work quickly with minimal disruption. The quality of the work is outstanding. I will definitely be using SNAP for future projects.

Snap construction was very interested in repairing the Hail damage and were out to check things out when the insurance adjuster was here so both Snap and insurance company were informed on what needed to be done. The service from snap was excellent an they pretty much went to work all I had to do is pick out the singles. They did find some rotting to some roofing boards on the house roof because a vent was not connect to the outside, they fixed that vent and put some new roof boards on. Because of this I did owe for them over and above my insurance deductible. I was glad to have it all in good condition for the future. Chris kept me well informed on what was happening and was always happy to answer my questions.

It was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Snap! We've already recommended them to several of our neighbors.

We had an excellent experience with Snap construction. Matt and Amy were prompt, clear, and friendly; the crew lead by Jorge was fast, thorough, and did great work; and the cost fit our budget. The crew completed our 3k sq ft roof in a single day (from tear-off to clean-up). The installation looks great; we have heard from a number of neighbors how much they like the look our new roof. Matt and Amy were very easy to work with. We had a couple special considerations, and the team at Snap was very accommodating in ensuring we had a good experience. We highly recommend!

Everything went great. Dan was a pleasure to work with. Whenever I had any questions, he was very responsive. Never had to wait a long time for an answer. The work was done very well and the workers were very professional. Will definitely hire again.
