Ron came to our house and offered a WRITTEN estimate on the spot. He followed up to see our interest. He was prompt. Installed the skylight during a not so pleasant day, came back when he said he would and did a beautiful job finishing the opening. He called me when he was finished and gave me some last minute instructions on priming and painting. He even explained the warranty on the window, cleaned up and left us some joint compound in case we needed to put on some finishing touches.

Very well. Ron located the correct sized replacement skylights the same day and installed the skylights the next morning. Ron cleaned up and took away the old windows.

I called Ron to tell him we were ready to replace our skylights and he came and did the work within a few days. He was on time, very professional, and did a great job. He needed to replace a few shingles and I didn't have any, so he went out and purchased some and completed the work. He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. We would recommend him to anyone.

Ron did a very professional job of removing the existing skylights, hauling away the refuse, and replacing them with new Velux units. He made sure that all the shingles on the roof that required replacement were replaced with an exactly matching shingle. He trimmed the skylights from the interior with knot-free wood, creating a very clean and detailed look. Highly recommended.

He came out within a couple of hours of my phone call to check the existing conditions. While standing there, he checked with Velux for a replacement number and suggested that we could make the new skylight longer. A week later, he came out early to beat the rain and completed the job within a few hours. He was very quick, efficient and professional. The skylight looks great!

Ron Jolin did a good quality job of planning and executing the work. He listened to my concerns about the original installation and worked with me to assure that the new skylight he installed would avoid the problems of the existing light. He installs mostly Velux skylights and knows the details of that line well. He did the work when he promised and cleaned up reasonably well afterwards.

Ron Jolin came out to the house the same day I called and gave extremely helpful and expert advice on where best to place the skylights in our sun room. Ron's price was in line with other estimates we obtained. We hired him because of the good advice, the interest he showed in the project, and the fact that he is certified by the manufacturer as an installer. Ron did a wonderful job with the installation and interior carpentry; we could not be happier with the result. We plan to hire Ron to install another skylight later this year.

He arrived on time and took the time to explain things in detail. He seemed very competent and to know and enjoy his work. We would have hired him, but the price was quite high.

RON JOLIN CAME TO THE HOME THE DAY HE WAS CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE GOT ON THE ROOF, INSPECTED THE INSIDE OF THE HOME AND IMMEDIATELY ASCERTAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE WAS VERY CREATIVE IN COMING UP WITH A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM OF LEAKING SKYLIGHTS.
