+ -1 moreFINISHED PRODUCT STILL LEAKS. WOOD IS ROTTING. BLAMED RESULT ON MANUFACTURER, BUT SAID HE PURCHASED ONE AND INSTALLED IT AT HIS OWN HOME. TAKES WEEKS TO RETURN PHONE CALLS. LEFT OAK EXPOSED TO RAIN FOR 10 DAYS WHILE HE WAS ON VACATION. COULDN'T DO REPAIR WORK ALL WINTER BECAUSE IT WAS TOO COLD. NOW WON'T RETURN CALLS ALL SUMMER.
