+ 1 moreI would highly recommend Skalberg Drain Cleaning to anyone. Brian was polite, punctual and knowledgeable. He called me back soon after I contacted him to do the tub and main sewer line. He answered all my questions and his price was very fair.
Description of Work: Brian Skalberg came to my house two different days. The first day, he snaked the drain in my bathtub and repaired the bathtub overflow device. The part was jammed and I could not close the drain to take a bath. It had been like this for several years. With difficulty, Brian finally got the part out and repaired it. Then he snaked the tub. Everything works beautifully now. Two days later, he returned with a helper and a large machine to take tree roots from my main drain going out to the street. I was extremely pleased with his work and the price was very reasonable.

I've had Skalberg out twice to do this, and both times they've been exceptionally punctual and professional, both on the phone scheduling the service and doing the service itself.

+ -1 moreBoth times I called and received a return call within an hour to set up a time for Brian to come to my house. Brian is able to quickly assess what needs to be done, and works quickly and keeps a neat workspace. His prices are fair, and he is very personable - I'd have to guess that many of his clients are feeling stressed when he comes, and he seems sensitive to this.
Description of Work: I've used Brian 2x - first for a drain cleaning in my kitchen, and then about a month later when I had water coming up through my floor drain in the laundry room. Brian thoroughly investigated the situation (snaked the floor drain first, pulled in a bunch of tree roots) and then snaked the main sewer line and discovered that there was a blockage caused by earth (in other words, the line was broken). He didn't want to charge me because he couldn't fix that problem, but I insisted that I had to pay him something for the visit. He recommended a sewer repair company, and in advance called them to let them know about my problem. He even stopped by to see what was going on with my sewer line when the repair was being made.
