Silva Cleaning

They were here about 2 ½ hours. I picked them because I saw the reviews from other people. They do very good work. They are able to pick days that accommodate with me so; I haven’t had an issue with picking days or time. It’s the same crew with 2 people, they work well together.

Jesus and Claudia have been cleaning my home for over 5 years, every other week.

I've been using Silva Cleaning for a few years and always recommend them to others. Had used a few different services before them and nobody else compares to them. They are reliable, affordable and do a great job! They are great with my two dogs. Don't know what I would do without them!

The Silvas clean everything! They even clean places most cleaners won't touch like under the stove top and hard to reach places other cleaners ignore. If they find a screw or something else you have dropped on the floor they carefully set it aside. You can tell how well the house has been cleaned by how it smells and sparkled. They are the best we have ever had and on top of that they are really nice people to work with. You can't go wrong with Silva.

Mr. Silva arrived when he said he would, and brought his own cleaning supplies. I have several pets which did not seem to bother or deter him in any way. He was thorough and very good. I recommend him highly.

I would definitely recommend their services. They have reasonable rates, and Jesus enjoys working with regular clients, i.e., every week/two weeks/month, etc.

Jesus does an outstanding job. He works hard, is focused, and very professional.

I have three cats and a dog so there is a fair amount of animals hair. Jesus dose a fine job in dealing with this. I don't cook much so my kitchen does not get much use. Nonetheless, Jesus is very thorough. Sometimes I ask him to ignore the kitchen and do something else that I think needs some extra attention. Jesus does this willingly so, in this way, the cleanig is custimezed. He is prompt and works quickly. Obviously, he deals well with animals in the house. Claudia handles most of the set-up work. The typical cost is $70.00 per cleaning on a regular basis but they will want to see your house before they commint to a price. One time claening cost more and again, is dependent on the job. when you call, you will get Claudia. , I am happy to say that I have no communication problems whatsoever. We have used them for a year and half. They do an excellent job of paying attention to detail. All facets of the house are cleaned thoroughly. They have a great track record for attendance and I highly recommend them.
