Great. Very pleased with result and service. Counters look fantastic. First contacted Mitch for samples. Mitch left sample case for me to choose from and picked case back up in about a week. Returned to house to measure and suggest ideas for maximizing counter space and seam location. Came up with excellent solution for incorporating shelving and emailed two options. Provided a line-item quote. Helped us select an undermount sink. Removed old materials and installed new items. Very professional and friendly. Provided care instructions for counter upon completion of job.

I recently worked with Mitch to measure and install my kitchen counter tops. Mitch was extremely professional, flexible, informative and best of all, did excellent work! Mitch was on time for all our appointments, braved the traffic in downtown Minneapolis during road construction season to come back to my house a few times when I changed my mind about some stuff (sorry!!), and timely updated me as to my order and installation. Mitch is amazing: very knowlegeable, thorough, responsive, and went beyond the call of duty when we needed the shower pieces early. I am a small-time remodeler and had never used Silestone before but was doing a midcentury modern house, it's the perfect product for that. He walked me through the options and we did a waterfall edge for the island (beautiful!). Install went really well. He managed any issues directly with the fabricator and didn't cause any delays in the project. I will definitely use the company again.

Everything was so professional, efficient and easy working with Mitch. He was able to come over to measure and give an estimate the same day I called him! We had a last minute change from Menards countertops to Silestone and I'm so happy we paid the extra money to get quality product AND craftsmanship. Countertops were installed just 2 weeks after initial consultation. I am more than pleased with the look and precision of the work done. I am (still) in the midst of a nightmare kitchen remodel project, and have dealt with many unprofessional contractors over the past 6 months, however Mitch was like a beacon of light and a welcome relief from all that. Response was prompt and work and installation was scheduled promptly as our son was waiting to move in to the house. Mitch was very helpful and had great suggestions. He made sure we had the right sinks for the three locations. He also assisted us in getting a stainless sink for the kitchen at an excellent price. Installation was problem free. Very nice work. It was a pleasure to work with Silestone Guys from beginning to end.

Mitch and I worked completely by email and text off of a sketch that I sent him, which worked great for me with my work schedule. He was incredibly responsive, made sure the counter was fabricated and installed in the time we needed, and did an amazing job. The counter looks great. I'd recommend the Silestone Guys in a heartbeat and would easily work with them again.

Mitch was extremely responsive. He came out immediately when I wanted an estimate. He gave lots of great advice, spent lots of time with me, answered all my questions and he left me with a half dozen samples. He recommended that I go look at the actual slabs, which was great because I changed my mind once I saw the designs on a large scale. He kept in touch constantly via email through the entire process. For installation, I asked for a fast turnaround, which he made work. They were on time and worked very quickly. He worked around the requests of my handyman, who was doing other work in the kitchen. I was extremely delighted by the results - it looks beautiful and my family couldn't even find the seam. The price was on par with other estimates I received. I would highly recommend these guys to family and friends.

I cannot give all the details because I was playing snowbird in Texas when the work was completed. My daughter handled most of the details involving the installation. As far as integrity goes, the men doing the installation were alone in the house preforming the work while my daughter was at work. Nothing was missing so I'd say they were pretty honest. The countertops are perfect. The install went well and I heartily endorse this company especially Mitch who had to endure my wife's changes mid project. The project involved a plumber that Mitch suggested we use. I was happy with the subcontractor also. Well done Silestone Guys

Poor customer service - not a valued customer

They are quick. They were the only ones that I had worked and or even discussed with that were able to do it. It was a first one, that I had done by email. I hadn't done it before. They were about $1000 less than our first quote that we got.

We asked for a rough quote via email and got a response the same day that included pricing and information about the various options. One more email set up an appointment for measuring and asking questions on the following Monday. Mitch showed up when he said he would. He did the measuring and answered all our questions. He said delivery usually takes about 2 weeks. On the following Monday, Mitch sent an email saying the counter tops would be ready to install on Wednesday. They showed up on time (actually a little earlier than they planned) to install the counter tops. The installation went quickly. The joints are almost invisible. They did a great job cutting the opening for the sink so it would line up where we wanted it to and making the counter tops fit around a couple pieces of trim that the counter tops overlapped. Everything was cleaned up nicely. This could not have gone more smoothly and we are extremely happy with the new counter tops.

The service was exceptional...we were pleasantly surprised at the response time once we made our decision to proceed with the project. The guys were super friendly, respectful of our home, and professional from start to finish. We would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to our friends and family.

I do not remember how much the service cost but they were just great. I loved them. They came over and did everything that they said that they would do. They were timely and they were nice to have in my house. They cleaned up and their job was beautiful. They also coordinated all their subcontractors. I would definitely use them again in the future if I need to.

The service went very well. Mitch was very professional and came for a free estimate and measuring. They were able to order the counter tops and the work was complete within a couple of weeks.

This was a wonderful experience and after comparing several of the big chain stores, these guys came in with higher quality and a lower price. The install process was a joyful and smooth experience. Doug is a true professional and really just a great guy to be around. He went above and beyond. My wife and I are new to the home remodeling experience and he gave us great advice right on the spot. While discussing the layout of the kitchen, we brought up wanting a better way to hide the TV, the cable box, and all those cords. He said it would be easy to put in a cabinet and said that if I wanted to run and pick one up, he would install it right then. I am also always eager to learn new things but don't want to be looking over a guy's shoulder while he works. Doug actually encouraged me to watch the install and answered any questions I had. You just don't see this kind of customer service these days. When it was all done, we had wonderful new countertops and a kitchen that was much more functional for us. They were great. They were excellent. Their quote was around somewhere between $2200 and $2500. That was what I was expecting to pay.

Mitch and company did a nice job coordinating and timing the preparation/installation of the counter in synch with our project. We'd use them again.

From the initial quote through installation, the whole experience with Mitch and his dad at The Silestone Guys (Anchor Countertops) was a very professional and pleasurable one. Mitch explained the various options and was patient with the decision-making process. All of their work was completed according to the time frames quoted and their workmanship was great. Mitch also provided a great recommendation for an independent plumber.

When our order came into his shop he called to schedule an install date. He arrived on time, removed the old countertops, did the install, and cleaned up in about four hours time. Also, he hauled all the debris away. He also kept the plumber informed of the time line of his work so the plumber could get the kitchen hooked up the same day.

I had Silestone countertops installed as part of a kitchen remodel. I chose the Silestone Guys (Anchor Countertops, LLC) after reading about them on Angie's List. Mitch was very responsive to phone calls and emails. He arrived when he said he would. He was knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had. The cost of the countertops and installation of them and an under-mount sink was far less than I would have paid at a big box store. I am very happy with the quality of the work that was done and the price. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and coworkers.

I was introduced to the SIlestone Guys when another counter vendor left us hanging. If I can find an Angies Listing for them I will report their incredible lack of service there. Suffice to say at 3PM on the scheduled day of install we discovered they had not even prepped the product and had no intention of showing up. The team from Silestone Guys jumped in and found the slabs needed, rushed the measurements and prep, and the entire kitchen remodel was able to advance on schedule. The installation could not have gone smoother. Mitch measured to an close tolerance and the result is a near seamless installation of Silestone. The guys are knowledgeable with many years experience with Silestone. They worked well together and no time was wasted. I will use them again for my bath and will recommend them 1000% to my contractor, my friends and anyone who visits and enjoys the results of their efforts.

Mitch was excellent from start to finish. Although this was a small job for him to do, he responded right away to my email and came out promptly to measure the vanity (which wasn't in place yet due to new wall construction). He returned within two weeks to install my beautiful countertop. He had to be creative in fitting the top onto a vanity that was surrounded by uneven walls and he did so with excellence. His professionalism and positive attitude is wonderful. His workmanship is of excellence. I appreciated his promptness in responding to my project, his willingness to quickly fit my small work order into his schedule, and his great attitude. It was wonderful to deal with one guy from start to finish. I will be calling him back when we replace our kitchen countertops.
