Very fast and friendly service, they were prompt and professional. They were done with the entire rough-in, in about 3 hours, which I thought was quite fast. After the inspection they were out and finished the job. I would defintely go with these guys. They are a bit more expensive than their competitors but the price is worth it. I am very satisfied.

The work was done exactly as we had discussed, and we were very pleased overall and would most certainly recommend and hire Signature Electric again.

We needed several electrical items installed, removed or repaired at 1 of our properties to bring it to Rental Ready status. Work done included installing 3 new exterior lights at the front door, side of house and garage, removing a 210 power line that had been installed in an A/c duct, replacing an inoperative light switch, securing a 110 line that ran through an interior closet wall, securing an overhead light fixture that was loose with exposed wiring and removing and capping a switch in the kitchen with no apparent function.

They were very honest and up-front. They did what they said they were going to do. They were surprisingly quick about doing the work. They had a lot of things to do, and they got it all done within two days. They were efficient. I think the price was fair. Other people wanted $3,000 more for the same job.

I found Signature Electric on Angie's list and called them on Tuesday 4/3. I was told by Scott that he could get us in on the following Monday at noon and that the job would take about 2 hours. Around 10:30 on 4/9 I got a call from Tim asking if I was flexible on the time, which I was, and he said he'd arrive an hour later than expected around 1:00. At 12:45 Tim arrived and got right to work. We discussed that I wanted a bathroom vent/ceiling light installed. I wanted the existing lights and the new light to be on the same switch and the fan to be on a separate existing switch. He agreed and got to work. During the course of removing the old fan Tim realized that it was not vented to the outdoors. He came and got me and told me my options. Either he could do it which would an another hour to the job or I could have an HVAC guy come out and vent it. I opted to get it all done with Tim and he got to work. At 4:00 Tim was wrapping up. He charged me for 3 hours of labor and $60 for the duct and roof vent. The fan looks and works great. Very satisfied with the work.

I called several different companies from Angies List, and Signature Electric was the only company that was able to tell me pricing before heading out (for an average light fixture and ceiling fan install). I thought they were very reasonably priced. The electrician arrived a little later than originally scheduled, but it wasn't a big deal since he called and gave me notice of that well in advance, to make sure it still worked with my schedule. He was very friendly and was very efficient with the installations, I was surprised how quickly he got everything done. I liked very much that they don't try to sell you other services while on site like a lot of the other companies do, and that their service call charge is only 35 dollars, but with the online coupon, it's really only 10 dollars. We will definitely be using them again for any other electrical services.

Initial call answered promptly. Appointment was made for less than a week later for combined estimate and installation. The electrician arrived on time, explained the necessary steps including the need to make holes in the wall and ceiling. He worked steadily, kept the work area protected with drop cloths, did a very nice installation and cleaned up the debris. Hourly rate was as quoted; on the high side but fair and a good value. Definitely would recommend and would use again.

I had an emergency because my smoke detectors were sounding (there was no fire) and I could not turn them off due to the battery backups. Scott came right away, arriving within half an hour. He discovered that one of the smoke detectors had an issue and replaced it. He also showed me how to replace the detectors in case I had the problem again. He was very professional and friendly.

They were on time, did a great job, and left the room in the same condition that it was before they started (i.e. they cleaned up after themselves very well). We are very happy with their work.

Scott - the owner came to give estimate very promptly he was thorough and helpful with all phases of work to be done. Once we decided to accept his bid, the work started 2days later. Chris the electrician arrived each day. 7 total on time and 5 taxed all day his work is impeccable his professional demeanor and overall attitudes was outstanding remove shoes each time he came in and cleaned up every day.

The work went very well; completed on time and on budget. I would definitely recommend Signature and will contact them again in the future for additional electrical work.

Experience was good. There was an issue with the wrong receptical being installed for the dryer but the owner came out and fixed that himself as soon as I called.

I called 6 companies to check prices on reconnecting our electrical service after a tornado.Signature was the only one who wanted the job. They came out and had us reconnected within 4 hours or so. They even allowed me to bill my insurance carrier for a check to pay them with. That said a lot about they character of their company. Then, when our refridgerator stopped working, they came back, found the bad outlet, fixed it and checked several others to ensure no other problems. Again, with a signature, they agreed to wait for payment from my insurance. During that time, with many our resources stretched thin, that was very much appreciated.

It went very well…. They are professional and courteous.

Everything is always done to my satisfaction and I'm a particular person about my home.
