Signature Electric & Signature Landscape Lighting

I haven’t decided if I will go with them or not, but they were great! Their personalities were just super. Very personable. They were very cooperative. My home is older and they were understanding.

They were fantastic! They were very quick to provide me with the estimate, I believe within the next day. I would have used them if I had done the work.

They worked for about a few days to complete the job, but it was within the expected time frame. It was very good. Everything went really smoothly.

No problems at all. It all worked out just fine. The individual who came out, I believe his name was Chris, was very helpful.

The light fixture in our kitchen burnt out, literally saw smoke coming from one of the three sockets. Located Signature Electric on Angie's List. Talked to them about repairing the current fixture. They said it would probably be less expensvie to replace the fixture rather than fix it given they may not have the correct sized sockets with them and would have to charge for their time to run back and forth. They offeed to repair it if the fixture meant a lot to us. We realy didn't care so we bought a new one. We called back on a Thursday, after buying a new fixture, and they were able to come out the following Monday. They showed up when they promised, took off the old fixture and hung the new. Great fast work and good advice. Used the coupon and saved $25.

Jason came right on time and was very polite and friendly. He introduced himself and got right to work. He was very clear, professional, and articulate about everything. He made sure all was repaired and working before he left. I will call Signature next time I need an electrician. I was very pleased!

Excellent! What sets Signature Electric apart is their professionalism. Our home was built in 1925. They have the knowledge of older homes. They will look for possible defects. For example, during one visit they noticed that no GFI was ever installed in the garage. They take pride in their work. They do not seek to do unnecessary work

Working with Scott and Jason was wonderful. I had a very hard time getting someone in to help me with my remodel. I finally joined Angie's and sent out a lot of emails and Signature responded right away and got Jason in that day to start. I added the air and furnace last minute and Scott made it seem like it was no problem. I had other in for estimates and Signature was thousands less than another quoted me. They still need to return after my remodel is complete but I couldn't wait to share how great my experience has been so far.

We lost power in one small section of our house and after checking the fuse box and trying to troubleshoot by various methods, we couldn't solve the problem. Unfortunately, that part of the house powers our internet modem, routers, etc. which are needed for work, and at about 6:00 PM, I was not yet down for the day. We needed to get up and running immediately, so I looked on Angie's list, found Signature Electric with their excellent reviews and called to see if they performed after hours service. I spoke with Scott who was very friendly and professional and he said they can sometimes handle after hours calls if someone is available. He called back within a couple minutes and said an electrician who lives in my area would be here in about 30 minutes. Jason arrived promptly and was courteous, friendly, and helpful. He was willing to share his knowledge and talk through the troubleshooting we had already done. He quickly honed in on the problem. A light switch had burned out...not sure of the technical term..had a splice(?) and it had overheated and began to melt, which shut down a partial section of that circuit. It was a quick and easy fix. I appreciate the timely response, professionalism, and most importantly, that Signature is not the type of service provider (and there are many out there) that comes out for a repair and ends up taking your time trying to sell you things you don't want or need. They also seem to have very fair prices and did not charge us an over inflated rate because it was an after hours call. We were very comfortable having Jason in our home and will definitely call Signature again for any electrical needs. THANK YOU Jason and Scott for the terrific service!

Electricians Chris and Michael were professional and friendly. Job quote was given quickly and was accurate. Job was done on time and for cost discussed. Work was great and work areas were cleaned thoroughly. They did a lot of hard work that was worth the price. Signature electric did a great job. I will defiantly use them in the future.

I had the day off today and on a whim called Signature Electric to see if they could make it over on the same day, and to my surprise they did! The electrician arrived right on-time and wasted no time getting to work. He was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the reason for my troubles. He installed all 3 programmable switches in less than an hour and honored the Angie's list coupon. I was actually a bit fussy about the layout of the dimmer switches and the electrician humored me and adjusted the switch as requested. I was very happy with their professionalism and ability to meet my hectic schedule needs. Thank you!

They did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and I am very happy with them. I would recommend them to anybody.

Jamie was very friendly, professional and polite. He worked diligently and quickly and went out of his way to provide service including closing all the windows as a quick thunderstorm caught me away from the house. One fixture later failed and the company responded same day with a free repair and service was again friendly, professional and polite. The repair took less than 1/2 hour. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They showed up on time and went right to work. The work was done within the allotted time. I was extremely pleased with the work. I need to get wired replace in the kitchen and will have them come out again. The only thing that I didn't like was that they did not set up a time to meet with me at the beginning and when I did see Scott he seemed to be in a hurry.

Went very well-- worked well with our contractor and was punctual and responsive and honest. The work looks good and I assume everything was done right. I gave a C for price because electricians are really darn expensive-- I don't think this was the lowest price or the highest price, but it was still very pricey.

We decided to have two sconces hardwired and mounted in our living room. From start to finish, the process was very smooth and professional. After the initial call, Jason was able to come out the following week (we were not in any hurry so this was fine with us). During the initial call, Scott quoted the cost and time it would take- he also noted that they would probably have to cut through our drywall and asked if that was acceptable. Jason arrived on time and again, went over the estimated cost and time involved and also gave us a couple options - one involved cutting into the drywall and the second option would have avoided that but the placement of the sconces with option two didn't work for what we wanted. I really appreciated the fact that Jason gave an option that would have saved us cutting through the wall, even though it wasn't what we wanted. The work was completed exactly on the estimated time and Jason did a great job cutting the holes in the drywall as small as possible. Jason also cleaned up and vacuumed around the area where the work was done. It was expensive but having called around prior to making the appointment, I think Signature is in line with most other electricians. And honestly, the excellent service made it worth the price. They even called a couple days later to follow up and ensure we were happy- now that's how it's done! Would for sure use them again and recommend to anyone.

I had a dimmer light switch in my dining room that didn't turn on readily and made little sizzling sounds when turned on. I called Signature Electric because I had used them quite some time ago and had their business card in my rolodex with "excellent" written on it by me. I also checked Angie's List and they were an "A" rated company. When I called, the man who answered was very knowledgable, clearly understood the problem with my light switch, and put my mind at rest by telling me to leave off the switch and it would be safe until they came out. I felt so much better because I was afraid my house could burn down. The technician who came out was also wonderful. He replaced the dimmer switch, and answered some unrelated electrical questions. He also replaced another dimmer switch at the bottom of a stairway, fixing it so it would once again coordinate with the light switch at the top of the stairs.

Initial Visit: Scott reviewed our plans and made recommendations. He truly had our best interest in mind and proposed a way to cut costs and suggested that we wait until we finalized our wall unit design. Request to check a circuit breaker: Scott sent out one of his electricians the same day of the request. Just as he arrived, I was able to resolve the problem. The electrician asked a few questions to confirm all was in working order and did not charge me for the visit. Honest, Professional and Knowledgeable. I'm certianlly going to hire Signature Electricic when we are set for our remodel!

Service was amazing, timing was perfect and cost was fair for the work done. Jason was the electrician that performed the work and I would have him back anytime for any electrical issue. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and just a great guy. I needed an appointment scheduled with the state electrical inspector and was called back by Scott to let me know that everything was being taken care of... the same day.... at around 7:00 PM. They were still on the job! Truly PERFECT in every way! Thank you to Angie's List for providing me the contact and a HUGE thank you to Signature Electric. I was really impressed with him. They were very clean and punctual. While he was here, I asked him some questions about other projects that I had, and he let me know his honest opinion and didn't take advantage of the situation. I would highly recommend this electrician.

Troy and team are the Bomb.com. These guys are so good its unreal. I would have them watch my kids they are that good. A+. Would recommend to anybody. So professional and do very very clean work.

I had presiously called two other electricians but could not get someone to come out. Call Signature and he responded promptly reviewed my project and gave me an estimate which I accepted. The electrician who came out was very professional and worked quickly and did a great job. I was very satisfied with his work and how he cleaned up. I would have them back when I have another project. Regarding the pricing, I am an older citizen and can't get use to the higher prices for everything. He quoted the price up front and I agreed to it. I am satisfied. b

I called Signature when Affordable Electric couldn't make the appointment they'd scheduled with me because of scheduling mistake. Signature was fantastic - they were able to come within the hour, did the work quickly, were very professional, and charged about $50 less than Affordable Electric had quoted me. Would definitely recommend and use again!

It went fine. It took a long time for them to figure out the issue, which I do not find out of line, but what was is that I was never told the hourly rate when I scheduled the appt. I thought around $100/hr, so when it ended up being $200, I choked. The technician left some muddy spots on the walls and ceiling to the attic and they never offered to remove their shoes. I also found bare wire pieces on the floor.

They are a good company. They are easy to work with and very responsive.
