Signature Electric & Signature Landscape Lighting

|All of the work went like clockwork. I am very satisfied. I will be happy to use them in the future. Bid only slightly higher then the lowest but well worth the money for the professionalism.

Received a call back right away and based on the information I provided about the problem it was recommended that we contact Xcel Energy first. This was really appreciated because not only was this the correct action to take, but it saved us time and money. The issue appears to have been with the electrical coming into the house because after Xcel came out the problems stopped.

It all started with an outlet that shorted out just before we were leaving on vacation. This also caused some lights to go out which we assumed were on the same circuit. Tried the circuit breaker, which did nothing so we knew it was something else. When we got back from vacation, even more lights and outlets were not working. Found Signature on Angie's List, emailed them (on Super Bowl Sunday) and Scott returned my call within an hour. Explained issue and he scheduled appt for the next afternoon. Chris and Michael were very prompt, courteous & efficient. Turns out the additional outages were due to a circuit breaker not being completely switched back on when we were trying to figure out the original problem. So then, the guys were able to concentrate on the original shorted out outlet and lights and diagnose and repair the junction box problem pretty quickly. I was very pleased with the service provided by everyone at Signature. Scott was up front with me about how the charges would be calculated, and there were no surprises when I saw the bill. I thought it was fair and I even got to use the Angie's List coupon! It's never fun or cheap to have to call a repair service, but this was about as painless as it gets. I would definitely call Signature again if the need arises.

Jason was great. He was on time and started the work straight away. He was very knowledgeable and we loved the finished product. He was also very nice to our puppy. He left our home in the same manner he entered it.

They're always on time, clear about the costs (and options) and their work is *beautiful*. As part of my job, I supervise construction on large projects all over the world, and Signature's attention to detail in wire routing and connections matches up with anybody - it's a little thing, but seeing an electrician making perfect bends in the cable and carefully stripping each connection just the right amount tells you an awful lot about how much they care about their job - and these guys seem to really care about doing the job right

I have used Troy at Signature Electric for work in both my home and in some apartment buildings I own for the last 4 years. They are on time, prompt, responsive and clean. There pricing is fair. They have done everything from installing fixtures, ceiling fans, bath fans, upgrade electric service and rewire a house. They also have good ideas on what might look good as well. Very happy.

We thought our stove was dying, but it turned out to be the fuse. Troy got the correct part from their supply of used parts that are too outdated to be available new. Everything is fine now.

In spite of not having gotten some of the information they needed from Gutter Helmet, Signature Electric was able to figure out what needed to be done to finish the job.

Finished work when they said, and lights work great. They scraped some paint off the wall next to the light switch and left a scratch.

Scott and his Employees were great from start to finish. We were very happy with Signature during all aspects and phases of this rather large project. The crew was very polite, funny, professional, and did great work. We were kept informed and felt very comfortable having them in our home for the duration of the week long project. The results were fantastic and we almost hated to see them have to go at the end of the job. We had a defective motor in one of the bathroom fans, and they responded immediately and had the problem fixed within a matter of a few hours after our call to Scott. Signature Electric is without a doubt the best contractor we have ever worked with and hired. We are looking forward to working with them again over the next few years.

We were very impressed with their performance. They were punctual. They did excellent quality work. They did an excellent cleaned up afterwards. They strove to understand what we wanted done, and subsequently exceeded our expectations. We would unreservedly recommend them for anyone needing electrical work done. We were extremely pleased with Signature Electric. If we need electrical work done in the future, we will turn to them again.

We had a critter bite through the wire running between our house and garage (detached garage), leaving us with no electricity in the garage. They respectfully dug a trench through the yard and re-ran everything, as well as re-wired garage. They're our go-to electricians. Always happy with response and work.

I had a light fixture installed in our entryway closet. The electrician showed up on time and completed the work timely. The work was well done, and the closet was cleaned up after.

Everything went very well. We encountered several things that complicated things for the electricians but they proposed fixes and ultimately everything looks great and I appreciate how great a job they did

It went fine. Sheetrock had to be cut to get from one outlet to the right stud cavity, but that was not avoidable.

Jason arrived promptly in the morning, put down plenty of drop cloths to protect our floors, and promptly performed the work. He was a pleasure to work with; very friendly and professional. The result was perfect. My only complaint with the service would be that I assumed I was paying a flat rate for the installation, and it took 1.25 hours so I was billed for more than I expected. I guess it was a misunderstanding on my part.

Electrician arrived at appointed time and got to work immediately.He tested line to be sure there was no switch problem and them swapped out the defective ballast for a new one. The price he charged for the new ballast was $5.00 less than Home Depot was charging. He was friendly efficient and respectful. I chose Signature over other A rated Angies's List electricians because they quote a basic cost up-front whereas others said they would not quote until they evaluated the problem

They did a very nice job. He was helpful in explaining things. He educated me on not getting the same light fixture in my kitchen the next time as I have had issues with it and no one else could figure it out. He determined that it was a voltage issue and he made suggestions on replacement light fixtures. He told me what to avoid when purchasing a replacement light fixture. He immediately knew what the issue was with the garbage disposal. He could not do the repair on the light fixture. He was very professional and nice to work with.

The service was very good. The technician was a very good people person. He was very polite. I chose them based off of the grades on Angie's List. They were prompt with the service as well.

Completely re-routed wiring to fit four new room plans, three flat panel TVs. Installed dimmers on all switches. Installed four chandeliers. Cut, wired and installed 10 ceiling spots. Much more. Excellent. Scott is tops and even referred top quality guys for other needed work.

Replaced old fuse boxes with breakers. Got old outlets working and installed a couple of new outlets

I enjoyed working with the people at Signature Electric. They were friendly and professional. I was able to schedule the appointment within a week, and Jason, who did the work for us, was great. He worked quickly and efficiently, and even took it upon himself to point out some tricky aspects of replacing the bulb in my new fixture.

The electrical issue occurred Monday morning. The issue would not allow us to reset two electrical outlets in our home or open the garage doors. I contacted Signature Electric at noon and left a voicemail message. Scott returned my call within fifteen minutes and indicated they could have a technician at our home the same day at around 3:30 pm. The technician (Ryan) contacted me when he was on the way to our home. Ryan trouble shot, diagnosed and fixed the electrical issue timely. A wire had come loose on one of the bedroom outlets causing the entire electrical issue. Ryan worked quickly and was professional. He answered all of my questions and suggested some additional electrical work to be performed in the future.

They were fantastic! They were very quick to provide me with the estimate, I believe within the next day. I would have used them if I had done the work.
