They did such a great job, always cleaned up and were very professional. All of there crew are craftsmen, detail oriented, and are always punctual. I would hire them again and again. Don't hesitate on these guys. They are the best.

Jim Shoop was the last of several contractors who gave us an estimate for converting a tuck-under garage into a master bedroom suite. He was the first and only contractor to act excited and enthusiastic about our plans, as well as NOT try to up-sell us on something that was less convenient but more expensive. His estimate was the lowest of the those submitted. His team was always on time, and they were always polite, neat and did fantastic work. They encountered numerous unforeseen problems, which Jim handled without complaint OR upcharge. We added several added items, for which they gave immediate, very reasonable estimates, and happily completed. They worked fantastically with other subs, whom they complimented. We've had Jim back a couple times to ask for ideas or bids, but he's always told us when he didn't think something was practical or worth the cost (despite how much he could have made off the job). He always seems to put the customer's needs first. I think he has the highest work ethic of anyone I've ever met in the field, while also being so kind and polite, and never fake or smarmy like so many salesman-y contractors we had.

I requested a quote from Doug on a Friday afternoon thinking I would see him some time the next week. He called me and said he could come out the next day if that was OK. Not the kind of response I was getting from other bid requests. After I got the bid which covered everything I requested we set a date to start the work. He was here on time the starting day and every day of the project and kept me informed of all progress. The work area was clean every night when they were gone. When they were finished the deck was great and the price was exactly the bid amount. We were very happy with the finished deck and have talked to Doug about some other work in the spring.

It was great. Always on time. Started when he said and completed when he said. Very clean and neat. Permits were pulled as needed along with inspections. Very easy to deal with.

EXCELLENT JOB, WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. I HAVE ALREADY USED THEM FOR OTHER WORK.
