Following the wind and hail storm of August 6, 2013 I was contacted by numerous contractors. After meeting with several, and calling references, I decided to go with ShingleCreek Construction, Inc. and the owner Derek Holje. This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor and there were no surprises. Derek came to my home to meet with the insurance company adjusters, he was at my home on the day the roof was torn off and replaced, and again when the new gutters and leaf guard system were installed. The materials and dumpster were delivered on time and as scheduled. The roofing crew came on time and everyone was polite, efficient, professional and best of all, they covered everything in my yard, moved things out of the way (replacing them later) and cleaned up when they were finished. To date I have only found a few nails on the ground that were missed in the clean-up. A few days later the gutter crew came as scheduled , replaced all the gutters and installed the leaf guard system I purchased. As with the first crew, they were very professional and finished the installation in one day. The whole experience surpassed my expectations. This is a very professional, well run company. The owner and all crew members were easy to work with, they explained all work to be done in detail and they were helpful and respectful. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends.
