great! removed most of the debris and left fans to hasten drying.

They were good. The price was good. One person came out and it took a couple of hours. We have pets, so it was a challenge. There were some spots they could not get out, but they worked really hard at them. We have used them at least three times. We are very impressed with them.

It was okay. It was some trim that they took would have been helpful if they left it so we could have matched it. It made it harder to match and find pieces. It was covered by insurance. They didn't do everything they were supposed to do. They did miss something right away. Their responsiveness was pretty good.

I just needed it done right away and they came to be reasonable. They came and did it. Everything worked pretty well. Now, it doesn't work quite as well and I need them to come back and look at it again. The spring on the door is a little bit too tight so it doesn't always close. It worked for the first few months afterwards.

They did fine. It was what I expected. They came quickly and they got it done. I have no complaints.

They did not secure our home, they just used a blue tarp to cover the hole. My husband even had to assist them with setting this up. They were were not very professional and they could have definitely done a better job. I was on the phone with them about 4 times to check on the status for them arriving at our home, they were supposed to come out within the hour but it was about 6 or 7 hours later. We went with someone else to have the garage repaired.
