A little difficulty getting it scheduled.

poorly. It took a while but eventually a very nice seemingly knowledgable man came out and seemed to have good ideas... went downhill from there. I received no information going forward. I called them and they said they had sent an estimate by email (they hadn't). they then gave me some vague numbers over the phone and scheduled a date to come. They never showed up. I called to find out why and essentially only get voice mail and no one has ever called me back.

Great. They marked my underground water sprinklers and my invisible dog fence.

SeasonGreen quickly scheduled my job after I purchased it through AngiesList. They arrived today and explained what they would be doing to the lawn. They also gave me a lot of advice and answered my questions about what I should do after the aeration in terms of fertilizer and watering to get the most out of my lawn. I was happy that they took the time to educate me on the process. The work they did was complete, quick, and exactly what they explained, so I was very happy with their service and I plan to work with SeasonGreen again. -Nick

Great we got just what we asked for

SeasonGreen is not to be trusted. In mid-April I contacted this firm and finally had to hire another firm to complete the work in June. In fairness, at the initial visit Jim Michaelson, noted that the company that "blew-out" the system in the fall did not do so completely and there were several broken pipes and sprinkler heads. This was true and I was willing to proceed with him, although his constant criticism of previous work was painfully delivered: the guy who blew out the system didn't know what he was doing, the guy who originally installed this didn't know what he was doing, the age of my system and so on. Jim was not prepared to address issues that he found on the first visit and gave me an estimate of $770 to complete the work. Although I felt this was high at the time I needed to get this work done and agreed. The work was never completed. Continual delays and incomplete activity ensued. Repeated no-shows with claims that they had scheduled other dates not the ones I had been told. Their supposed dates conflicted with other activities of mine and I would not have agreed to that schedule. Nonetheless, in each instance I rearranged my activities and then they would not show up. When this finally got real bad, they wouldn't return my calls. Beyond the constant missed appointments, the work itself was shoddy. Holes were dug to access pipes and sprinkler heads but then the hole, with dirt laying beside it, was left for me (?) to repair. A new line was cut across the lawn without even a mention to me. Offers that they would remediate the lawn never happened. Repairs were done that in hindsight did not need to be performed and were Jim's method of problem resolution. This became clear when he finally fixed one zone after realizing that he had been repairing values on two unrelated zones. In the end, it was my fault somehow. He was busy and that was why the four appointments were missed. My system was at fault and so on. His customer presence is intolerable. I would advise never using this company. I finally had to give up and seek another to do the work. That company was pleasant to work with and the system came up on their first visit.

They never showed up. I paid for a full season of mosquito treatment and Season Green promised to 'be out in a couple of weeks'. Three weeks later I hadn't heard a peep from them (and the mosquito population was growing significantly), so I contacted them and they said they'd be out that week. They never showed up. I contacted them again and he offered a refund. More than a week later (and two inquiries) he has yet to process my refund. His last response about a refund was simply "no progress yet".

Lawn was aerated efficiently. The gentlemen were very helpful in recommending next steps to help maintain our lawn. Great service.

Went great. After the service they confirmed everything was complete and offered some free advice on overall lawn maintenance. I will use them again in the fall.

I suggested three dates for the work to be done and it was done right on schedule. I received and email a couple of days beforehand confirming the appointment and asking details about restricted entrances or buried wiring. No problems with the work and it was done to my satisfaction. This is the third year in a row that I have hired the same contractor for this particular work and I would hire again.

Winterization was done and I'm waiting on the weather to warmup in coming weeks to schedule the sprinkler start up. Overall great value and service!

They checked if every sprinkler head is working but did not fix any that is not working (for $89, it was not part of the agreement, it was extra ).
