After having used their lawn aeration and over-seeding for the past few years I decided to try the full service treatment. I love the results! I had so many weeds this spring that, honestly, the lawn looked horrible with all the dead and dying weeds from their treatment...I was a bit concerned. After that period, and after a few treatments, the lawn looks great! I am really looking forward to how it looks next spring. Thanks Jim and crew! I highly recommend!

As I expected. Season Green has aerated my lawn several times, and Jim the owner does the work himself. Very professional. Outside of aeration, I do most of my own lawn work, and I can always ask Jim questions re: steps to further improve my lawn. He is very generous with his time, and eager to help "do-it-your-selfers".

We were pleased overall with professionalism and willingness to explain procedures and what our responsibilities were i.e. when to water lawn, when to mow post- treatment. The crew showed up a month earlier than we expected, but we worked around this.

What a horrible experience with SeasonGreen. Given that it happened at my home, it felt violating and threatening. My husband had lined them up to aerate the lawn. After they didn’t show on the day they said they’d be there and with no communication afterwards about it, he cancelled it. A few weeks later, they showed up at our house, walking around our property into the back yard. I asked if I could help them and when they told me they were there to aerate, I informed them that while we had been scheduled for it, it was cancelled weeks prior due to them not showing up. Long story short, one of the men, who I later learned was the owner, started getting rude and escalating his tone with me. I told him that his customer service was horrible and would he please leave my property. He walked down the driveway still saying things and yelling back at me. With my neighbor accompanying me, I approached their truck out front that they were sitting in. My neighbor took pictures and video of their vehicle, just in case it was needed, and I spoke to them through the window. I expressed that while maybe the information didn’t get relayed to them that the appointment was cancelled, there was no excuse to talk to a customer, a potential customer or anybody else for that matter, the way he spoke to me. He informed me that nobody cares what kind of bad review I may write, and I said that it was ok he felt that way, but that I would still look forward to writing his company a review. He declared that he was the owner. Before they drove away, he shouted at my neighbor and me, calling us ‘f...ing .....,’ language I don’t feel comfortable repeating. 15 minutes or so after they left, my husband received an email from the owner, starting out ‘Listen, and listen good.’ To send a threatening email after all that just transpired was frankly unbelievable. The kind of language and behavior he exhibited (especially as a business owner) was appalling. To clarify, I understand scheduling mishaps, especially during a busy season. My issue was not with the fact that they didn't show the first time then showed up after we'd cancelled it, but rather the way the business owner felt was appropriate to talk to me.

I contacted this company after being unable to get a callback from my normal provider. Jim was able to come out the next day to get my system turned on and checked out. I appreciated the fast service.

Amazing results is an understatment. Jim and his crew are the best company I have ever had. Jim is the owner and does an outstanding job. The work is outstanding, and the results are spectacular. My neighbors have commented on how great the lawn looks, and want to know who we use.

We had a bad experience with another company last year. The cost is for the entire year service. It is a small company and sometimes can't respond as fast. They are very concerned about quality and doing it right.

They were prompt, delivered the service I paid for, and gave some great advice on care for the lawn!

SeasonGreen did a great job with the core aeration work they performed. The scheduling was easy and the person onsite explained the process well. He also gave me tips about fertilizer and how to utilize the aeration best to grow deeper grass roots. I did fertilize after his work as recommended. It has been a few months and my lawn looks much healthier so I'm very happy with their service and plan to use them again within in the next two years.

This company is excellent and takes pride in using eco-friendly products. I'm impressed that they travel so far to take care of my yard here in Roseville.

I have had them for a few years now. Last year had to contact a few times to get them out to do the work. When they work was done, the quality was good, workers were professional, and I was pleased with the service. Called this year to get them out for service, it's now mid-july and no service has been performed. I don't want to keep asking for service, just want to pay for the year and have the company do their part. Like I said, I was pleased with the work when it was done last year.

Bad experience. Bought a Groupon for 2 sprayings. Took over a week to connect to make an apt, then a treatment finally scheduled to prepare for my July 4th garden party NEVER happened, yet they took the Groupon voucher number I provided by email and marked my voucher as REDEEMED. Their phone message box is constantly full and won't take messages and their response to emails is very poor. They never called to explain why they did not come as scheduled and have never responded to my attempts to discover why. Pretty unprofessional. I got Groupon to trade in this voucher for something else, after even more time and energy spent to accomplish this.
