Description of Work: Upsold us additional services (Aeration, seeding and fertilizing) which was completed but the weed spraying we actually wanted was NEVER performed! Numerous calls and emails went unreturned or were answered days later. Very disappointed that we trusted Angie's List to "Vett" this provider and on our first service had such a miserable experience. Not sure we will be renewing our membership.

Description of Work: It was fine but felt more like"check the box" process. I am not sure that valves were winterized properly which caused me to have some damage to external piping (crack) that had to be replaced. Have used another company in years the past with no issues until this year.

Description of Work: I scheduled a fall fertilizing from SeasonGreen at a time I would be home, but they did not show up on that day. I wasn't contacted and had to call them about the missed appointment. I understand that unforeseen issues may cause a schedule to be delayed, however it would have been appropriate for them to contact me for a re-schedule. They were extremely apologetic and promptly serviced my lawn. The did a nice job and I would use them again. |JW

Description of Work: Seasongreen areated our yard. after some confusion about the scheduling they responded promptly. We have a sprinkler system that had not been marked. They immediately stopped work so they wouldn't damage it which I appreicated. I marked the heads and they came back and finished without any complaits or additional charges.
