Description of Work: I have yet to see any service....I asked them to come in July for a party on the 5th.

Description of Work: They were okay but it took a long time for them to come. I still have clover in the yard but their application killed most of the weeds but not all.

Description of Work: They did what they said they would but I found them to be unresponsive. I tried to get a quote on an all year service and no one ever got back to me. Maybe they were so busy with Angies List business in July that they didn't have time?

Description of Work: the first lawn treatment wasn't until late May and there has been no evidence that they have been back since. The thistles I wanted treated have been as thick as ever this year. definitely would NOT use them again.

Description of Work: I bought a package to have my yard sprayed for mosquitos. It was for two applications. I bought the package June 20th. It was intended to spray for mosquitos and then come back and spray again in 3-5 weeks. It took multiple phone calls to connect and it was always me making the call. Finally what I think was about a month later, I finally got confirmation that they would be out sometime in the week to spray. They couldn't tell me a day or time because it would depend upon their schedule. I explained that my son was home with a nanny and I had two small dogs so I would prefer a date and time so the nanny knew. Unfortunately, he was not able to provide one but said it would definitely be by the end of the week. After the week was over, I still did not receive the service so I called again. I am fairly convinced they forgot about me. Finally I received the service the following week. I knew because there was a tiny sign in my yard and a packet hung on the door handle. I will say, it did work! The problem is we are now in mid-August and I have not been contacted about my 2nd application. I am going to wait a few more days and then I guess I will need to follow up again!
