I purchased a "coupon" for three applications for $179. The contractor performed the first application within a week as required. I am very satisfied.

Jim arrived right on-time and immediately went to work. Before he began, I let him know my concerns about problem areas, too much or too little water, and he took those into account when adjusting the settings. I don't know much about the sprinkler system that was installed when I moved in, so I had a lot of questions for him about watering times, grass types, etc. and he answered all of them and gave me a lot of advice on how best to take care of my lawn. He educated me on moss, lawn height, seeding, and a handful of other things I had questions on. He was patient and provided thorough answers, even though all I bought was a Angie's List "Big Deal" for the sprinkler adjustment. I would definitely work with him again and will likely be going through SeasonGreen when I aerate my lawn.

Started off playing phone tag to schedule, then they just stopped getting back to me.

Worst customer service. As a customer I should not have to follow up on when they were going to provide service. I followed up three times and every time they said they would be out in two weeks, next week and finally would not return my email. For a company given an A on Angie's List I am questioning their rating, they seem like more of a D or F company.

I wanted the service done, but they never contacted me.

The work was pretty good. They did a good offering further recommendations.

I researched several lawn fertilization companies and decided on two companies I found on Angie's List. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from this company in over a week. It is extremely disappointing as I was just waiting to give away my business. I would not recommend this company.

I'd love to give a higher grade, but I think they bit off more than they could chew when they offered an Angie's List Big Deal. Because of the number of phone calls they've had, they cannot keep up phone calls or scheduling. I purchased the Big Deal on 5/5 and should have been contacted by 5/7 and I was not. I called them on 5/8 and they returned my call on 5/9, with the intent to call again when he was in the area so he could get my irrigation started. On 5/15 I decided rather than wait for them to be in the area I wanted a scheduled date as who knows when they would be in the area. So they suggested 5/27 in the morning. I waited, and they didn't show. When I called in the afternoon they had not put me in the schedule (like I said, too many phone calls and too much business) but they did agree to come that afternoon. The Big Deal was for checking for line leaks, dry areas and broken sprinkler heads; cleaning and adjusting nozzles; servicing up to 10 stations, checking rain and freeze sensor operation; setting controller for proper watering time and duration; and adjusting all heads and rotors for most efficient coverage. They did adjust the heads for efficient coverage. As far as checking for leaks, cleaning nozzles, he said all was well. I'd like to say I'd use them again but I'm not sure. Perhaps when they are done with their growing pains and have a better scheduling system. I do like to support local businesses.

Overall, it went well. My wife was the one who was present at the time of service and she said they were responsive to questions, performed the job in a timely manner, and were helpful with some tips to improve our lawn. The only reason for the B instead of A rating was the scheduling. It is possible that my expectations were too high, but scheduling the service took over 2 weeks. Again, I realize it is the busy time and also Memorial Weekend was a factor, but I just thought the scheduling and expectation of service time could have been handled better. With that said, everything else at least met or exceeded expectations and I would consider using the service again in the future.

The service went well. I really like their communication and their fair price. The service is for the sprinkler tune-up but more problems were discovered during the their initial visit. So they came back in a few days to fix the leak. Jim is very nice to work with and he called ahead so I could meet him at home. He gave lots of good advice on the lawn care and watering.

It went well! They came while I was at work so that made it super convenient. They left information with me in case i wanted to review additional services they offered.

Jim and another guy came out and aerated the lawn this morning. Afterwards, he spoke to me about what he saw with the yard and gave me his recommendations to maintain the yard. He wasn't pushy and he didn't try to up sell me anything. I was very happy with the work and the professionalism of Jim and will use him again in the future.

After a couple of delays due to inclement weather, Jim and another employee came to do the work I had purchased on a Big Deal. The lawn was completely worked over with their aeration machines -- leaving thousands of grass plugs -- the result of the many holes created by their equipment. This helped break up the thatch, and brings water and air to the roots of the grass, in the subsequent rains. He told me it would probably take a couple of weeks for the "plugs" to recompose into the lawn -- but after a couple of rain days, the front yard is already looking good. He also advised me on how to deal with some of the "bare spots" in the yard with grass seed designed for shade under my maple tree, and Kentucky Blue in the sunny areas. The workers were polite and helpful. I recommend their service.

Was great! Although the deal said if was for 5 stations, he did not charge me for the extra three stations. He gave us a bid for other services and was on top of handling other potential jobs we needed at commercial sites

SeasonGreen did a thorough job aerating the lawn and I was pleased with the work. Jim also left a written evaluation of my lawn, which was not expected but much appreciated. I would use SeasonGreen for additional services.

It was good. The worker was good. The scheduling was very easy. He got the job done in about 45 minutes.

It went well. There wasn't an appointment set up, they showed up and did it then left. They cleaned up and were very professional.

Overall it went very well. I was extremely pleased with the results and the written assessment and recommendations I was given for my lawn.

Came while I was not at home. A call first might have been nice. They moved lawn furniture, etc and cleaned up after themselves.

They completed the work with a quick turnaround. Posted signs so others would know work had been done

The worker showed up on time, was very professional and informative. The plugs were a good size depth to give good aeration, not the little small ones I have seen some companies do. The work seemed to have made a real difference in my grass. My only dissatisfaction was that he proposed I consider the fall maintenance package due to my yard condition. I told him I would like to do that, but I never received any follow-up from the company.

The service was great, it was exactly what I expected. He was punctual, and it was great value. There were no hidden surprises, no hidden charges, the lawn reacted well to the service, and I was pleased. He told me when he would be able to come out, and he had to reschedule, but he came out no longer than a week after I purchased the big deal. The price was very reasonable. He couldn't make it when we had agreed, but he communicated well.
