It was fine. We had no complaints. On the day they were supposed to come, it started raining and they didn’t show up. I didn’t know that they couldn’t do the aeration when it was raining. They had assumed that I knew aeration couldn’t be done when it was raining. When I called them, they responded within the next hour and explained why they couldn’t come out. They then came the next day.

It appears the weed control was effective. I'm not sure how effective the fertilizer was.

This company has a lot to learn about customer service and execution of services. The lack of communication and execution of services is surprising since this was a super service award winner and is so highly rated. Especially considering the number of similar posts like mine this summer.

Just fine, never saw the guys, they aerated the yard.

I didn't realize I had to call provider to set up appointment, but when I did all went well. The garden looks great with the edging.

Said they would be here before the end of July, they were. Left an indication they had stopped by. My advice would be, if they were looking for addl business, they may want to provide a more thorough analysis of what they would recommend to improve lawn quality. Specific, not generic.

I contacted you about the no show complaint. I paid for this deal on June 16, 2014. You contacted him for me and requested him to call me right away- that was 13 days ago and still nothing!! I want my money back. It is now August and my yard has not be fertilized/ treated for weeds all season and it looks crappy. No need for 3 treatments at this late point.

I informed the company that I wanted to receive a call ahead of time before the work was completed so that I can be there, and he stated that they didn't need supervison and that they wouldn't be a good fit to complete the work. I spoke with Stiles. H eis refusing to do the work because I wanted to there while the work was being performed.

They were scheduled to come but no showed. When I called SeasonGreen they said they were behind in their current job and had to cancel. Then he hung up on me. When I called him back to see if we were disconnected he said no, he was canceling service. Stay away from this company.

The service was good. He checked for any issues and replaced the sprinkler heads. He had to do a few extra repairs which I paid additional for.

I used their Angie's list promotion to purchase fertilizer and weed control application. When I went to schedule the appointment I asked for them to tell me what day they would be coming and he said "we don't do that". When he would not tell me what day they would be coming, I asked if they could give me a call on the day they were coming so I could be there and discuss the areas I wanted treated. They said: "we don't do business that way". I explained to him that I wanted to be there so I could discuss the specific weed problems that I was having and the specific areas of my lawn that I wanted treated (I have a large hosta area that I did not want treated) and he again said no. One day when I got home there was a little sign saying the lawn was treated but since it wasn't on the area that I wanted treated and I wasn't there at time of treatment I don't know if they treated the area that I wanted treated or even if they treated anything at all.

Signed up for all season package of 5 treatments. They came out and completed spring treatment, but haven't had any treatments since. Had to call and email several times before getting a response. When Jim finally responded he said someone would be out soon. It has been three weeks and no additional service has been completed. Our lawn is now the worst it has been in 10 years I treated myself with products from the hardware store. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Quick to get the sale but doesn't follow through on the service.

I called in April to set up care of my lawn--weed control, fertilization, mowing, etc. Nothing happened for more than a month. Then someone finally showed up to mow but did a terrible job. Four different people did the mowing over the next weeks...only one did an acceptable job. By the time someone showed up to deal with weeds, we had done the work ourselves.

I contacted the company and left a message to call me regarding fertilizing treatments, and it took him about 3-4 days to call. Then he said he would be out for the first treatment in a week to 10 days. I called again after 14 days and left a message to call me when he would be coming to spray. No response and so then I told him not to bother coming at all.

I actually expected them to have completed it by now. I will be calling them soon about that. Everything has been great so far though!

went ok...i thought i might have more issues that just a few minor spray adjustments which would have been more of a value to me. luckily or un depending how you look at it, some adjustments on a few heads was all i needed.

I contacted SeasonGreen regarding fertilization, aeration and overseeding on our lawn. At first they were great, a good price, very easy to talk with and get the program set up but then, I waited... and waited... and waited... and after 5 weeks, called to cancel the services since none were ever performed. They were supposed to come and treat ourlawn and then leave a bill in the door with no appointment necessary. Unfortunately, they never showed up and didn't return one of my calls during the 1 month I was waiting.

Great---my lawn looks wonderful---will probably have it done again in the fall.

I would not use them again. I have weeds all over my lawn, I called concerned and was told someone would come by during the week to look over lawn, no one ever showed up nor did I receive a call. I also tried to contact with Angie's list message center and left message but did not receive a reply. I called provider again, the gentleman stated he did come by and looked over lawn. He stated the weeds were from last year. I do not know much about lawn care but if the weeds were left over from last year, why are there more weeds now then last year? Does not make sense. I asked for a refund but he offered to charge us 30.00 for another visit for weed control. Very frustrated, I had better luck with TruGreen. After I provided this review, the owner contacted me via email and was very abusive. He is refusing to refund for services not rendered. Angie's List unable to get a refund back, since service is refusing to refund. I filed with BBB today, and if not successful will file in small claims court. I will not allow this service to treat others as I have been treated. Don't walk away from this service but run.

No service was performed due to scheduling and communication issues. I made multiple attempts to contact this provider, and they failed to return my phone calls. I have requested a refund on this Big Deal purchase.

I had my yard and patio area treated for seasonal bugs. I'm now bug free! Will Definetley use them again!

The experience with them was good. They did fine and they did great. They came out when they said they were going to, and they did the work.

SeasonGreen was very professional in the process of explaining the details of service as well as scheduling the service to be coordinated around our graduation party. The mosquito spraying service was extremely helpful in keeping the bugs to a minimum. I also felt better knowing my dog was safer in the yard.
