This company does a great job---had this done last year and my lawn turned out very nice---I live in a sandy soil area and it is difficult to obtain a nice-looking turf. This process helps get it started. This is a very professional company and I highly recommend them for any of your lawn needs.

We purchased a 3-for-1 deal. They showed up once, were slow to respond to calls, then were unresponsive and we never saw or heard from them again.

We purchased this package last spring, that included a few applications from spring to late summer. Weed control and fertilizer improved the lawn dramatically. In ten years, I have never seen my lawn look this amazing. We were offered one additional treatment, since our lawn is so small. We were very happy dealing with this company, their professionalism, and the wonderful results. I just contacted them again to get things set up for this year. We look forward to another season with a plush, beautiful lawn. Thanks again!!!

It was very good. They stayed in the right price. They were really good. They left a note. His follow-up was really good. They were great. It was hard to get a hold of them at first. Once they responded, they were great.

This could not have gone worse. After purchasing a "big deal" from Angie's List, we had to call multiple times to schedule service. My wife came home one day to see a woman and her young son applying the second application. The third application was never even applied. At the time of purchase, SeasonGreen had an A rating. After receiving multiple, similar ratings, I can't even find this company on Angie's List. I'd never recommend buying a "big deal" for a contractor. You get what you pay for.

Scheduled online, then came out and performed the services without anyone having to be home. Very convenient and professional to work with.

Would not use this provider again. it was very difficult to get on their schedule and once we did, we only got one application as far as we can tell. I thought they would schedule it throughout the season & apparently they just forgot about us.

That service turned out fine. It took them about an hour and there were no additional services that needed to be done.

SeasonGreen Turf Management did do the job they were hired to do -- winterize my sprinkler system. My complaint is about the service providers scheduling and responsiveness. I purchased the deal on September 5th. As specified in the deal, I picked three dates that would be good for me for them to come and perform the work (October 1,2, or 3rd, all AM). I specified these times and dates because I knew someone would be available at the house to let them in to access the water shut-off and sprinkler control box (access is essential to the winterzation process). I received a message from them on 9/8 saying that they would be in touch to schedule a date. On 9/15 I contacted them again to ask when I would be scheduled, and they told me again that they would be contacting me to set up a date. I then waited until 10/14 to contact them again (two weeks after the dates I had requested when I purchased the deal). Their response was to come out and do the work that day. Glad they finally came out, but more notice would have been nice, since someone had to be home to let them in, and my wife had to change her plans to be there. I honestly would have been less frustrated with the experience if I had not been asked to pick dates when purchasing the deal. However, the fact that I had to contact them multiple times to get the work done was disappointing. Additionally, given the fact that a month went by with no contact from them (9/15 to 10/14), makes me concerned that if I had not stayed on top of it, I would have either been forgotten or had to wait until we already started experiencing freezing weather to get the work done.

It went great! They showed up when they promised, did a good job, and didn't damage any property while performing the work.

They have not shown up on several attempts to perform the work. They are unreliable.

Outstanding service - great guys who knew exactly what they were doing and answered 100% of our questions. Willing to come out on Saturday which we really appreciated. Look forward to having them back in the spring for some follow-up maintenance. Highly recommend.

Jim was very good and knew what needs to be done. Even though there was no point to connect his hose he looked at the complete setup and understand and came up with a solution to blow out the water from my sprinkler heads.

I purchased the deal on April 30, 2014 and called the company in late May to inquire if I need to schedule the service or not. I was told that they would perform the 3 lawn treatments. After my call the applied the first treatment on May 14, 2014. I never saw any sign that the came by after that. I called on October 16th to see what happened to the 2nd and 3rd applications. When I spoke to the owner (?) he first offered to refund my money or I could have the yard aerated. I asked to have the wintering applied and he told me that they would be by the following week. The week came and went. I called on October 28th to request the refund he had offered during the previous contact and was told I needed to contact Angie's list for the refund. I don't believe I should have to "hound" someone to provide the service offered and paid for.

Jim came out and turned on our irrigation system and went over a few things with my wife. Nice guy, helpful tips. A couple heads needed to be replaced and he came back and did that at a later date.

Jim (owner) seems like a good guy that is working hard, but we had a few issues along the way and never saw the results we hoped for. It took a couple months to get them out for a first application and by that point weeds had already sprouted up all over are lawn. Called a few times to get them out the second time, which they said was done, but there never was a sign left in the yard, note at the door and we didn't see anyone at the house, so taking their word that the work was performed. Weeds and weak lawn continued through the summer. Got them to come out one final time to complete the deal in September. Separately, we had SeasonGreen come out and aerate and overseed our lawn. They seemingly did a great job with the aeration, but didn't see any results from the overseeding, but that could take time for the grass to take hold, I suppose, so hard to determine how effective that was at this point.

We didn't get in touch last year due to extenuating circumstances, but look forward to having the service provided in the spring. I bought the service last year, (but winter came so quickly) and when I called this year there was absolutely no hassle - no problem honoring last years Angie's List offer. Came on the scheduled day and provided the service. I would use them again.
