SeasonGreen did a great job. Sent me a reminder notification prior to service and completed the job perfectly. Left a notification at my door and also a follow up email with a summary of the performed services with additional recommendations. It went fine. The overall cost was high. They took care of it when I was not here. They did the service that was expected. I looked them up on Angie's List.

The two treatments last year seemed to work well but this year I started seeing dandelions, etc and I?m not sure if this is expected or not but then I had to follow up to make sure that I get that last treatment to hopefully rectify the situation. I didn?t expect to have to be the lead on getting the last treatment but the yard needed it. Anyways it took a third reminder before they actually applied the treatment. The next day it rained in less than 24 hours and they don?t want you to water for 48 hours after a treatment, so I asked about whether the treatment would be compromised. They said everything would be fine but that they would come back out if I wasn?t ok with it how it took. Well 2 months later i asked them to come back then it was a series of promises over the rest of the summer and no follow through so I gave up on them and I?m forced to share my disappointing review in their services. I can?t recommend them.

Jim was great - followed up on all emails and when I was hard to get a hold of, gave me his cell and always picked up the phone and fit me into his schedule the very next day.

Purchased a deal through Angie's List and provided dates that would work for an appointment. The provider sent some information through the AL messaging but no appt scheduled. After the last date I had given I got another AL message saying "We stopped by but your lawn was not flagged" (for in-ground sprinklers), "Please flag the lawn and let us know." I did so and they came at some later time. Fine service but could have used better communication.

The company came to aerate the lawn. Since the backyard was soggy, they only did the front yard and communicated they'd be back. A few days later, the full yard had been aerated and we are ready for snow ... sort of. I was under the impression that they would call to schedule the service, however, they just showed up one day. While this was fine, I would have appreciated a call to schedule or known that they were going to fit the job in when they had time and know not to expect an appt.

The company communications was excellent - we exchanged several messages and their responsiveness was excellent. I did upgrade to also overseed (my idea, not solicited by them), which they were happy to do. They came out and did the work as planned. No issues whatsoever, they were very professional throughout.

Did an excellent job and offered advice relative to lawn care.

He was very accommodating in arranging a convenient date, showed up when he promised, and was thorough in aerating the lawn carefully. He used a Toro commercial riding aerator--very professional. He also was informative explaining to me how I should care for the lawn for the remainder of the season and what I should do next spring. Of course he wants more business, but I get the feeling that he genuinely cares about the service he is providing.

SeasonGreen over exceeded my expectations this year and the communication was spot on. We signed up for a lawn fertilization and treatment program and now have a noticeably greener lawn than both of my neighbors. Regardless of previous reviews, I believe this company has communicated perfectly throughout the process and I highly recommend them!

Great service! They showed up at just the right time to aerate and seed and then came back to take care of the weeds and keep the yard looking its best. Good signage left so I knew that they were there and information left so I knew exactly what had been done and to keep my pet's off when they had used chemicals. -Great customer service -Pricing was more than reasonable -Timely completion of service -Amazing resaults

They are a turf management system and they never let me know when they are coming to treat my lawn. Communication is non-existent because they never answer their phone. All I have been able to do is email them. I asked for an invoice and it took 2 months for me to get the invoice. When I got it, the amount due was very different from the amount originally quoted. When I asked why the price was different, they told me that they will sometimes do 2 separate services when they come out, i.e. fertilization and weed control. However, this is not something that they tell you. They only left notification that they came once and they came 3 times. I didn't like the way they handled their business, so I decided to cancel the service because my lawn didn't look any different than when they started. When I canceled, through email, I never received a response. I assumed that we were ok and I was going to pay my bill. This week, after cancellation, I woke up and saw them on my lawn and when I went outside they ran off and I didn't get to talk with them. When I called to ask why they came after I canceled services, they threatened to take me to court for the bill that I had just received 30 days prior and he threatened to ruin my yard with weed killer. I had to file a police report to make sure they don't harass me any further. I plan on paying my bill and just being done with them, but they are horrible with communication and are very aggressive and rude. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB, and now that I have had a chance to investigate a little more, I am seeing that there are others that have had similar experiences.

Really enjoyed working with James and his cohort. Spent time with me discussing lawn care. Applications were very effective! I especially appreciated the suggestion and application of mosquito control. I have enjoyed my porch as never before.....such a transformation! My lawn LOOKS so much better, too. All this is the result of only ONE application. I look forward to continued service from SeasonGreen. It's no lie......my turf is managed!

It went well. They came and did it and then explained that we would need to add seed or water if we wanted to improve the yard

a lot of problems. Aerated the lawn; did a nice job aerating, but cut the cable cord for my cable t.v., which caused problems for my. Next time I would say the cable should be marked first or equipment to detect cables before aerating.

This was a special deal I bought in June of 2014 for 2 mosquito control treatments. They came the second week of July for the first treatment and I literally didn't see a mosquito around the house the rest of the summer. They didn't come back for the 2nd treatment so in the fall I called them and they said to call back and remind them in the spring which I did. They did come back in July of 2015 and did the 2nd treatment.

They committed to stop out on several occasions and basically pulled out and decided not to provide the service after already paid for. Never again!

Not happy. Got 1/3 of what I paid for. Now my lawn is worse since I didn't fertilize myself because I paid someone else to do it. Paid for three applications of fertilizer and weed control. Only got one application. No response from message sent 9 months ago. Killed the weeds but they got too close to the flowers and they were killed also

I was very satisfied with the job. The only negative feedback I have is that they came a day later than they said they would. I wouldn't have cared if I didn't have to get up in the morning I thought they were coming and mark all of our sprinkler heads.

Went well, great communication, prompt service. Highly recommend.

Showed up on time and completed service as promised. Very knowledgeable about grass and treating yard issues. My lawn looks great now. Will be using Jim every spring.

Signed up for Lawn Aeration 5-22-15 for $119.00 for 11,000 sq ft. I was ask to provide 3 dates which I did. They ask me if I had an invisible dog fence or irrigation system, I replied no. They thanked me and that is the last communication I received from them. So today is the last of the 3 dates and I hadn't heard from them. So I called Angie's List to get more information. They told me to call 763-710-9747. Steve answered and I told him my concerns. He told me they had me scheduled for tomorrow. I said that was not good. He ask why and I told him I wanted to be here, he then ask me the same question 2 more times and I answered the same. Then being very disrespectful said CALL ANGIE'S LIST AN CANCEL YOUR ORDER and then slammed the phone down. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND DOING ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY STEVE.

About as clean cut of a job as possible. They came and got the work done quickly and professionally.
