They showed up right on time, did the work quickly and efficiently. The owner saw me come home from work and walked over to give me an update and some suggestions to improve my lawn like seeding and fertilizer (things that I could do myself, he was not trying to upsell me!). I would definitely hire them again for yard work and will keep them in mind if I want a regular lawn service.

great, they were fast, did a great job,were knowledgeable about lawn health and care were very professional. We hired them to come back and do a sprinkler shut off and they did a great job. Will have them back next spring to turn iton again

He and his crew are extremely accommodation and it is always a pleasure to work with them. They know my lawn, give me good advice, making it easy to do what I can and let them do the rest!

Great. They performed the core aeration service while I was at work, but left a Lawn Analysis sheet along with a core sample. They pointed out problem areas and made suggestions for a better lawn. I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. Jim and I had to do some rescheduling because of the heavy rains we had but the job got done. Jim was very accommodating.

Received an Angies List special offer for Lawn Aeration. SeasonGreen website pricing was actually better for the same offer so went with that. Waited 5 business days for them to contact us and they never did so we called them. Was told there was two possible days the following week and stated our preferred day. Contacted them a few days later to let them know that either day would actually work but to let us know when they are coming out. Both days went by...no call/no show....So I e-mailed for follow-up. They responded that they would be out on another day. When that day came... once again, no call/no show. What a waste of time for everyone involved for what should be such a straight forward service. The only positive is that my money was refunded quickly without hassle, except a very bizarre e-mail in response offering no apology or desire to make things right. This is the first attempt to use a "professional" lawn service thinking it may be a good way to go and the start of getting our lawn back into shape. No thanks.

They were on time and made sure each sprinkler head was programmed correctly. They did a fantastic job!

It went fine. They were timely and did the work. I barely knew they were here. It was a small service, but they did it well. I was happy.

Lawn was thoroughly covered. Areas needing new grass seed were over-aerated by tech without my input. I put in new seed and plush after two weeks. Very competitive pricing and great workmanship based on lawn conditions.

Quick synopsis: Purchased 3 treatments. Killed plants in garden along with the weeds. Only one application and refused to reimburse for remainder of treatments. Details: Came out one time with a broadcast spreader which spread the solution onto my garden and flower beds so those plants died along with the weeds in the lawn. My lawn looked great, until they didn't show up for the subsequent treatments. I contacted them for a refund since they did not complete the treatments I had purchased. I had purchased a summer of lawn care treatments so I did not do any fertilizating myself. Since they never came back, my lawn was severely neglected. I was left with bare spots where the weeds died (I know I couldn't reseed for several months due to the weed control and was fine with this, I would reseed later). No reply after the initial request for refund. After second request they sent "sorry". Contacted Angie's List help. That did no good either. All Angie's list did was go between them and me adding another layer of frustration to the situation. Their final offer was to reimburse me less than half of what I initially paid for 3 treatments, not even enough to cover the replacement of the lost plants or the cost of the missed treatments.

They had previously done a consultation in which they ended up aerating and over seeding my lawn so the soil could breathe and I could have grass that would come back every year. This is one of their early spring specials. Jim then noticed that I had some bald spots in my front lawn and told me that we could find some shrubs to cover up those bald spots. I was particularly interested in having a couple of Minnesota grown Azaleas and he was able to find plants to cover up the bald spots in my front yard and found the perfect Azalea bushes to plant in my shady spots in my back yard. He and his partner performed the planting on Tuesday, 06/14/2016 and brought the colors that we had discussed over the phone. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in letting me know how to take care of these young plants so that they would become well established. I know now more about my yard than I have since I moved in to my home 8 yrs ago. I had a wonderful experience and appreciated Jim's sharp eye for detail and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to landscape, irrigate, and generally have a greener, more easily maintainable lawn. Jim offers a variety of lawn care services, so I hope to use his company next year to make sure the lawn remains lovingly cared for.

They were very friendly and helpful and came out the next day and fixed a broken sprinkler head. made sure the sprinkler system watered more evenly and programed the sprinkler system more appropriately.

Highly recommended! They emailed me prior to service and then completed the fertilizer and weed control perfectly. They followed up immediately afterwards to give me great advice to further help my lawn in areas where I had pet issues. Very helpful!!

Was able to set up lawn aeration on the same day as i called. Aeration was done efficiently. I received several useful tips for seeding, ongoing lawn care. Completely satisfied.

He showed up too early for the appointment and got angry when I requested that he come back for the agreed upon time. He was very rude. I told him if he could not be accommodating to our original agreement then he would be losing my future business. That was when he just got angry and walked away saying he was done. He says he is the owner of the company. I would not recommend his services to anyone.

It went well. He stayed well within our property boundaries, due to our neighbors having systems that we didn't want to disturb. We had to schedule one time and he was very accommodating in rescheduling. Also, their responsiveness was great as well, and we are very pleased.

They contacted me quickly after I sent an email. Asked a few questions and then did the service faster than expected. Everything was great. Prompt, courteous service.

It went exceptionally well. He directed me as to the need to flag each of the sprinkler heads, which was done. I then contacted him when that was completed and he came out and aerated the lawn. Additionally, since I was gone the day he came out, he left me a phone message regarding the need to seed the lawn before the leaves bloomed. I would definitely contact him again!
