+ -1 moreINSTALLED FURNACE WHEN HOUSE WAS BUILT. HAVE BEEN USED FOR MAINTENANCE SEVERAL TIME WITH MIXED RESULTS. DID NOT RESPOND TO THIS REQUEST SO HAD ANOTHER COMPANY CONDUCT TUNEUP. FOUND MISTAKES MADE AT INSTALLATION AND DID A MUCH MORE THOROUGH JOB.
Description of Work: CALLED TO REQUEST A FURNACE TUNEUP. PROMISED TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING WEEK, BUT NEVER CALLED BACK. NEW ADDRESS 6225 CAMBRIDGE ST, ST LOUIS PARK 55416

Description of Work: REPLACE FAILED ZONE CONTROL SERVO AND ADJUST HEATING SYSTEM CONTROLS. TECH WAS SULLEN & UNCOMMUNICATIVE. REPLACED FAILED SERVO, BUT MADE CHANGES IN SYSTEM SETTINGS THAT RESULTED IN CONTINUED PROBLEMS. NO SAFETY INSPECTION WAS SUGGESTED OR PERFORMED. SUBSEQUENTLY HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I CALLED SEASONAL CONTROL BECAUSE THEY WERE THE ORIGINAL INSTALLERS WHEN THE HOUSE WAS BUILT. THEY HAVE, IN THE PAST, PROVIDED MUCH BETTER SERVICE. THIS TIME IT TOOK THEM A MONTH JUST TO RETURN MY SERVICE REQUEST CALL.
