+ -1 moreNot good as they would not fix it,and said we have to send the cord in to the manufacturer to get our money back. We have a 3 year in house warranty but I guess this does not matter to sears. we have been a very good customer to sears for years,,but this is the end!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: Told us to call the manufacturer to get our money back, even though we have a 3 year in house warranty. spent $ 374 on this dehumidifier and it lasted 3 months. It is also on a recall list for starting fires.
