They originally put on the screen on my porch. Some of the boards they reattached fell off almost immediately. One board was not attached at all. More recently, our dog passed and I asked if they would come out and fix the screen on that door and reattach some boards that are off. Their response was that they would notify me the next time they are "in the area". Really? Been a few weeks, nothing.

I searched long and hard to find this provider. They have a fantastic website, and it appeared they offered just the service I required...onsite screen repair. I explained in my phone messages on May 9, 6:50 p.m. and May 10, 9:14 p.m. that I was getting ready for an open house and was in urgent need to have onsite repair/replacement of my front storm door screen. (To be extra diligent, I also sent an email via their own website as a followup.) Fantastic website and advertising...abysmal responsiveness and follow-through. I don't know if they are still in business, but wonder how long they will be, if this is typical customer service. On the other hand, if they are "just too busy", a quick phone call or follow-up email would have satisfied me, as I would have immediately known to contact their competition.

I called Screenmobile and talked to Butch-one of the owners. He set a time to walk around the porch the next day. He called me that afternoon and explained what they could do and set an appointment for two days from our conversation. Butch and his assistant arrived at 8:45 AM as expected. Once again he thoroughly explained how the work would commence. We had another appointment so we left them to their work. We arrived home at 11:45 and they were gone, the 8 screens and two doors were re-screened and the porch was totally transformed. If you can call screens "stunning" than they are remarkably stunning! From the first phone call, I was beyond impressed. Never had to leave a message and hope for a return phone call, all was explained to me in detail, and the actual work was beyond compare. No scraps of screen were left in our yard or porch. If not for the new amazing screens we would have not known anyone had been here. Screenmobile is an excellent company, with superior products and a fabulous work ethic. I could not be more pleased.

They did not return my calls! Gave me excuses whether or not they could do work.

They were a wonderful company. They wrote everything out for me and listed all the prices, the estimate was very detailed and I very much appreciated that. I was really impressed with the professionalism and detail of their work. I am a satisfied customer.

Phoned Screenmobile and informed them I was in need of repairing seven window screens. He returned my phone call a couple days later and gave me a date when his repair man could come out. He could not give me an estimate over the phone, but did give me three options into the type of screening. He gave me a two hour window of when the repairman would show. they did a very nice job, but for seven windows I paid $320. That works out to $45.72 per window!

I was very impressed with their level of responsiveness, service, pricing, and attention to detail.They came out and provided an estimate at no cost for several options available on a three-season porch re-screen. In addition, the owner has a son that works on roofs and he installed a new roof for our porch as well.The day that they were supposed to perform the service was on a Saturday and it was pouring down rain - they still came out and started on the roof to complete - citing, "we know if there are leaks this way!"They finished up the project in a couple days and the end result is fantastic. We love our new 3-season porch - the screens are pet-proof and even our energetic siberian husky can't tear them down!We will use them again for another project.

My dog kept ripping through my screen, so I was attracted to the Pet Guards the company offered on their site. I called on April 1 to tell them I wanted a pet guard and a pet resistant screen. I was told that someone would get back to me, no one ever did, so I called back the next day 4/2. I spoke to the owner (I believe), and explained that no one ever responded to me first call, which he apologized. Anyway, I reiterated that I wanted a pet guard and screen replacement. He asked what color I wanted and I told him that I needed a 'tan' one. I was told that they didn't come in 'tan'. However, on their site they show as tan being one of the colors they came in. I told him this and he responded was 'that was just the parent companies' site and they typically don't install many pet guards because they are expensive and unattractive.' I explained that I still wanted a pet guard and a screen replacement. He then asked me to measure the size of the screen. Since I was at work, I called my wife home on maternity leave and requested her to measure the screen. I called him back with the size, and he said 'that sounds about right; I'll have someone contact you in the next couple of days.' Now, one month later, I have never heard back from him, so I have given up and going with a competitor.

After Examining the damage to the screen and not knowing that I could have removed the screen from the door, I called Screenmobile who was very professional and gave me a price and the times available the following day. At about 8:15 the next morning a van with trailer pulled up in front. BJ introduced himself and we decided that a heavier screen would be best for a screen door. He took the screen to the trailer, repaired it and placed it back on the door. He made out an invoice and when I asked him about the ad in the paper, he changed the invoice.

I called to schedule an appt for repair of a damaged screen in my storm door and repair of a sliding door (screen was fine) . The gentleman who answered the phone was very professional and told me he could give me an estimate over the phone, which he did. $80 for repair of the storm door screen and $230 for the sliding door. When I told him the screen in the sliding door was fine and that the problem was that it was sticking, he said that I would have to replace the whole door. I told him I would think about it and called back to schedule an appt for replacement of the screen in the front door only. The appt was scheduled for approx 2 weeks later. One week before the appt I rcvd a phone call from Screen Mobile telling me that they had to reschedule the appt they set and could someone come out the next day. I already had previous plans so I rescheduled for the following week. In the meantime, I rcvd a solicitation in the mail for another screen repair company that offered a coupon. I called them to see what they would charge for repair of the front screen door and the sliding door. It was significantly cheaper. They did not need to replace the whole sliding door but just replaced the wheels. It works fine. My final bill for both doors was $97.

The screen door maker spend a couple hours getting he door to fit and work just right. I was very impressed with his workmanship.

They were great and it was a fantastic experience with this company. I found them on Angie?s List and they came out quickly to do an estimate. They finished the work in timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. My neighbor was also very impressed by their work and hired them for some work.

We had a good experience with this company. They were very prompt to come out and their prices were very fair and everything that they did was done to our satisfaction.

They were really helpful. It didn't seem like they ever installed a dog door in a screen door before, but they worked with me to find the best method so that I was satisfied. I originally brought the screen door to there office, but they thought that I might run into problems with the way the dog door was installed. They made an appointment to come to my house and finished the work there. I believe the price was around $80, but it was about a year ago and I'm not quite sure anymore.

They were excellent. I felt comfortable with them in my home. There was a little tear in one of the screens and the owner came out himself and fixed it to make sure that I was well satisfied.

When I called to make an appointment, the company was scheduling visits 2-3 weeks out because they were so busy. However, there was a worker who would be working on July 4 if I wanted him to come then (which I agreed to). The representative arrived promptly that morning, explained the process and pricing to me, and completed the work neatly and professionally. This process is way easier than carrying screens to a hardware store and reinstalling them myself!

Had hail damage to some of our screens and decided to get all screens replaced as was needed. The Screen Mobile showed up right on time as scheduled and re-screened all the windows on the house did the work right at the curb. Did a great job and we are very pleased. Glad we were able to find someone to do this and not have to replace entire storm windows due to a few busted screens.

Bill showed up 2 weeks prior for an estimate. With the estimate he said they can hang the door I had gotten and put the current hinges on the outside of the door frame instead of their current location. Day of the work, Chase was 30 minutes late, and with a person this young (18 or so) he should have a supervisor with him. He did start the work and even though it rained, he worked through it. After he was done, he cleaned up the old screen he removed. Once he came for payment I asked if he hung the door and he said no, that he would go and do that. He tried for about 10-15 minutes. Instead of talking to me, I get a call from Dan at Screen Mobile to tell me that Chase has tried to hang the door, but cannot. I asked him if Chase put the hinges on the outside of the door frame as Bill estimated. I then went down and seen that it hadn't been done that way. Dan informed me that Chase will try for another 5 minutes, but that is all he can do because he has to get to another job. Needless to say, the door was never hung and they took off $30 for this. I told Chase that the person giving the estimate should either be the one doing the work or make sure the work order is written up completely. After Chase left, I went out to look at the job he had done. The wood that holds the screen in, in numerous places, had cracked or broken, and instead of getting new wood, he just hammered up the old broken/cracked one. The old chalking that sealed the wood to the bottom framing of the 3 season porch was hanging and never redone. One piece of my siding of the bottom framing part had slide off, but didn't get put back. I called Dan and asked him about the chalking and siding. He told me that they don't do chalking, upon which I responded with "I think that Bill, the estimator, could of told me that because it is something that needs to be done so the wood doesn't rot. And if I was informed of this prior, I would of gotten an estimate from another company. I informed him about the old chalking that was there, but not trimmed off, Chase just let pieces hang. He told me that he would have to come by the next day to see what I was talking about, as with the piece of siding that was sliding too. He showed up the next day and trimmed the old chalking for me and repositioned the piece of siding. Also gave me some insight on how to hang the door. I know my 3 season porch isn't much like some others they might work on, but for the $$ I paid, I expected more.

They said they would come out, but there is a $250 minimum for Bloomington. I told them not to worry about it and not to come because I knew it wouldn't be that much. They were very apologetic.

I was very pleased from the initial call I made to schedule the work and through the completion of the job. They were very pleasant, professional, and willing to make me totally satisfied with the work. They were able to schedule the work within 2 weeks of the time I called. They gave me a 2 hour window of when they would come. They were here about half way through that time. I had discovered an additional sliding door screen which needed repair and they gladly included that repair while they were here. One of the window screens had a broken frame which they repaired as well. I'm not sure if they have competition, but they certainly are top notch when it comes to service, being prompt, and making sure that the customer is satisfied. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Butch quoted the price over the phone and scheduled an appointment three weeks out. He called the night before and gave a three hour window for his arrival. He called again on the day of the appointment to say it would be toward the later end of the window. Dan and Chance arrived, dismantled the windows allowing me to do a through cleaning while they did their thing. Butch arrived shortly thereafter. All four screens were built and installed in 2 hours right at my own home. The sliding screen doors work better than new. One of the original screens was a beige/tan color that they matched perfectly. All three were a pleasure to work with and the workmanship was fabulous.

Great job. Gave me free upgrade to heavy duty pet proof screening with a coupon. They told me it would take several days, but called the next day to say it was done. The stupid dog has learned to look before leaping after bouncing off the new screen a couple times, ouch.

The service was excellent. They were out to look at needed work, explained all of the options and gave us an estimate immediately. When we called to set up the repair, it was done quickly. We were very satisfied. They also suggested other options in the future if we ever wanted to enclose our porch.

The process went extremely well. Mike could not get one of the slider doors off the frame, so he replaced the screen on the door while it was still of the track. Both new screens are tight and look great.
