Great service - They were able to do it all without needing for me to be home. The estimator was prompt and communicated the information I needed to make a decision. They did a great job of cleaning up.

I originally contacted them for the appointment. We had to cancel the appointment due to an issue on my behalf. They called me to see if I was still interested. They came out a couple of day's later(showed up early). They did a great job and I plan on using them again in the future. Their online estimate was very accurate. Very good and easy to use website.

Everything was perfect. They knew what we needed done, they could do it,they came when they said they would and they did a good job at an attractive price. I would use them again and I would highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the work. We have window screens that we have not been able to remove ourselves. Screen Medic was able to figure out how to remove them. Though, at least one was stuck in such a way that they had to do the rescreening to the frame while it was still in the window. The work was done quickly with no mess.

The screen on our sliding patio door had been cut and torn. We emailed Screen Medic through Angie's list on a Monday and received a call within hours. An estimate was given over the phone, which we accepted. Greg called back with an appointment date and time - the next day at 9 am. He told us that we did not need to be home for them to replace the screen. The technician Alex called about 15 minutes before the appointment time and arrived on time. He removed the screen frame, and removed and replaced the screen. The total cost was the same as the estimate. Alex was polite and a quick worker.

Simple InstallationOne of Screen Medic's installers showed up exactly on time and went right to work. We didn't have to do a thing. When finished, he packed up and made sure we were happy with his work. They make screen replacement very simple. Great work!

Chad and his crew did a great job. He did an estimate for us which was much less than expected. When the date to install came, he called to see if they could come earlier than planned. The arrived and put in one screen so we could make sure that we liked the screen choice we had made. They had all the work done within a couple of hours. We would highly recommend them.

We'd had hail damage on some of our screens and just wear and tear on others. Chad came out last fall to give us an estimate. We decided to wait and called again this spring. We arranged to have the work done a couple weeks later. There was some miscommunication about the week the work was to be done, but Chad quickly fixed the problem, clarified the work date, and followed through with an apology. They arrived promptly and the work was well done and done quickly.

Chad came to chat and create an estimate. After we contacted him to sign the contract, we were on his schedule within a week of signing. He used high quality materials, was prompt and his price was very reasonable. Chad came early one day and got right to work and was finished mid afternoon (we have a lot of screens). I would highly recommend Chad and Screen Medic for screen replacement.

I would give them a favorable rating. He's okay. It was a little high. They didn't fit right and they came back twice. How's that for service? It was excellent, they are good, and honest. I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future.

The technician replaced the old, damaged screens with new screen material. He worked quickly and did a fine job, leaving no scrap behind. The service was fast, efficient and professional - I would definately use this service again.

We had screens ripped by pets and one torn completely open by a raccoon! The Screen Medics replaced screens on 4 porch sliding screen doors with much stronger black screen material and easier to see through as well. So far no signs of ripping and they look great. Replaced the screens right in our porch and completed the job in about 1 hour.

The bill hasn't come yet, but he quoted me around $100.00. I had been checking all around trying to find replacement screens for these windows that some renters had broken. They don't really make the quarter inch screen, but he had that and was able to make that for me. It seemed like he just had better things he could do that other people couldn't do for me. He did it at a price that seemed fair for the whole combination windows. I was told by couple of different people that replacing the whole combination windows would have been a lot more expensive, so I was really happy.

Screen Medic was prompt in returning my call and scheduling the job. They came and performed the repair while I was not home and left no trace. They followed up with an invoice at the previously agreed price. I found the experience quite satisfactory and would use them again for a screen repair. My only complaint is that I had also asked for a bid to build a replacement screen door for a different entrance. They did not leave a bid, nor did they return my follow-up call. I was a little surprised but figured they focused more on repairs than building custom doors.

We had 3 removable screens from casement windows and 3 screens from vinyl replacement windows which had been torn. I was not sure how to remove the screens from the replacement windows so I thought I'd give Screen Medica a try. Made an appointment, and Alex called to say he was running late, but gave me a new time the same day when he thought he'd get to our house. He arrived within the time frame. I gave him the removable screens. He popped out the 3 from the other windows, went right to work and rescreened all 6 in about 45 minutes. He handed me the removable screens and put the screens back in the replacement windows. Screens look great. Much easier and quicker than taking them all someplace (don't know if I could have gotten the screens out of the vinyl windows anyway) Thanks Screen Medic

After reading the great reviews and ratings on Angie's List, I called Screen Medic a week ago to set up an appointment to have two three season porch screens replaced. It obviously wasn't an emergency so I was glad to hear they could come to our home today (Saturday) at 9:30 am. The repair person who was prompt and pleasant, took the screens out to the van for total replacement. The whole process only took 15 min. and the screens look great! We were impressed with the workmanship and the price - defintely will be calling them again!

I have a screen door that my pitbull has ripped through several times. In the past I have replaced it myself, but the dog would always rip through it again. From their web site, I noticed they had Tuff Screens with a 5 year guarantee that they will be replaced at no charge should the pet rip through it. They were able to fit me in just 2 days after making the appointment. I had an appointment at 4:00 but they called at 3:00 asking if they could come over early because their current appointment wasn't there. I was at work, but said they could get started as the screen was accessible from the back yard. I left right away from work (I work 5 miles away from home), and by the time I got there, they had arrived at my house and completed replacing the screen. They did a good job, but the screen material doesn't seem to be significantly different than the pet resistant screen material they sell at the hardware store which I have used in the past, and gets ripped through by my dog. We'll see, but I intend to take advantage of the 5 year guarantee should the dog rip through it. The screen door was apparently also off the tracks and they put it back on at no extra charge, which was nice.

The serviceman was over an hour late. Nobody called to tell us that he was running late.

Everything went great. They were on time, courteous, and got the job done quickly. I was very happy to have found this service, as it is much cheaper than replacing the window. Will definitely call them again and recommend them.
