I highly recommend this company to anyone who would like to replace screens. They are so professional, courteous, and deliver stellar product! I would never waste my time ever again hauling screens in to someplace to get them fixed. The Screen Medic s is such a convenient and easy way to go! Everyone at this company was super nice. I like a business that is easy to work with, and this company is!

I needed a new patio door screen and a window screen built for a townhouse owned by my family and currently occupied by my grandson and his family. The townhouse is about 30 years old and I'm sure the windows and doors are the originals. Chad from Screen Medic came out to do the work and after looking over the situation he advised me that the condition of the patio door was such that building a new screen door for it would be pretty much a lost cause. The existing door is in poor condition and a new sliding screen would not operate properly and would not last long. The same was true for the window screen. I was very impressed with his honesty. Plus, he declined to take any payment, not even for a service call. It is rare to find a company that has such a high standard of integrity. Chad could easily have just done the work without letting me know how futile it would be. Plus, I felt he really deserved to be paid for his time even if he did not do the work I was expecting him to do. If I ever need this type of work done again, Screen Medic will be the first and only call I will make.

I was very pleased. My experience met or surpassed my expectations. I had a porch screen that had become damaged over the years. I arranged to bring the screen to their shop and told them what I wanted done. They had some suggestions that will make the screen much more durable than the original was. The screen was finished very quickly and I am very happy with the work done. Everyone at Screen Medic was pleasant to work with. I will, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

One of the reasons that I purchased the $99 package to replace screens on 2 screen doors or 4 windows was because neither I nor family and friends whose help I enlisted had been able to figure out how to remove to the door to take into a hardware store for repair. I had even taken photos with my cell phone and shown them to hardware staff, but none of them were able to offer a solution. Screen Medic's repair person was a bit stymied at first, not having seen one quite like it before, but he was able to quickly confer with his manager and they found a solution. Although I was there when he arrived, the work was performed after I left for work. I arrived to find the work complete and professional. It certainly improved the look, compared to the old screens with years of wear and tear from kids and pets. The original package was $99 and as I still have a dog, I paid to upgrade to the pet resistance screen. Based on the invoice the non-package price would have been about $25-30 higher. I must say it was well worth the money, both since they solved a problem I had spent a good deal of time struggling with and it was so convenient and quick to have them come right to my home. I basically didn't have to do anything. Compared to otherwise having to remove a screen, drop it off at a hardware store for re-screening, wait a week or two for it to be ready and then go pick it up, it was great! In addition, they were quick to contact me, scheduling, completion of the work, invoicing for the upgrade I requested were all fast, efficient and easy.

Everything went very well. The appointment was scheduled via email and they were very clear as to what to expect for timing. Chris came out and did an estimate. He gave us several options of materials and scope (replace all or just some of the screens). The original screens were aluminum. Several had holes in them and several were stretched out of shape. The installation was scheduled very quickly after we accepted the estimate. The installers arrived according to schedule and completed the work without any hitches. They left everything clean and in good condition. The new screen are great! They look much better than the previous ones. I rated a 'B' on pricing because I didn't shop around, so I have no idea how the price would compare to other providers, but I can attest that the quality of the work and the professionalism of the job was excellent.

The company asks what 3 days and the morning or afternoon times would work for you if you want to be present for the repairs. Then they schedule when they will be in your area. They call and email the 2 hr. window to you. They will also call if the tech is running late. Then they do just what they said they would.

Chad did a great job. Both sliders look brand new.

The technician called prior to arriving promptly as scheduled. Removed and replaced both screens in less than 1/2 hour. Made sure that everything was functioning properly and that everything was as I expected.

Just great! Very professional. Let me know what to expect, gave me close time frames to choose from. Personal contact on the phone. Just could not ask for better value or service. I would use them again and again!

Very professional service, and he even took a few minutes to show me the tricked-out truck/workshop. Very clever! They suggested the pet screen for our porch doors, and it certainly seems to have been the good choice. I'd recommend them anytime!

The crew arrived at the scheduled time. They were very professional. Each screen was removed and carried to their vehicles which were set up as workshops. The job was completed in a timely and tidy manner. This was the second time we have used Screen Medics' service and on both occasions the workmanship was perfect.

Quick response to my call and Chris discussed what needed to be done. The time spent on the call made the appointment go very smoothly. Appointment was made in a timely fashion. Chad (Screen Tech) called on his way and was at my place within the original time frame. He was able to repair vs replace which was very nice. Also, when the frame was installed carpeting was on the balcony. It has since been removed. He was able to fix the gap. It looks much better. Very professional from start to finish. Quality service. I will recommend them to others.

The service was excellent. The staff was excellent. What stood out the most was it was convenient. They left the area very clean.

Replaced them quickly and efficently. One screen they replaced while it was still in the frame and the other they removed and replaced the screen on there truck mounted work space. They were professional, polite, and worked quickly. I would recommend them to friends and family anytime!

They were excellent. What they do is they put screens in in the summer and then in the fall, they come back, remove the screens, and put glasses so that people can use their screen porches. I wanted to have one of those put in that I could use ultimately with the screens all year round. So, our case would have been a little bit different. He came out and looked at everything accurately. He ultimately gave an estimate. The only reason we did not proceed with the job at that time was I was called away because of a sick relative. So, I was not at home to supervise anything and was gone for a month or so. I would recommend them because of their personable service, quality, and flexibility. Overall, they are just a good company. I definitely plan to use them and to get it done in the spring.

The experience was great. The quote was prompt, the pricing fair, the product was well made and installed.

The process was long, and I had to give a B for responsiveness because I believe they were not quick to deal with my insurance company. The repair / replacement was due to hail damage. Otherwise, everything else was great. We initiated in June, work wasn't completed until Sept. That is a whole summer without good screens on my porch.

They took several calls to get ahold of anyone, once we finally got a call back we arranged a date for them to come out. They came out and gave us an estimate. We said go ahead and do the work. Again took several calls/emails to get it done. Once the work was finally done, they dropped the screens off when we were not home (which is fine i can put a screen in), but 2 of them did not fit. So again, it took several calls to get them back out to correct the problem. They did fix the issue and they did do good work. Finally we got the bill and it was $300 more than the bid. Isn't the point of the bid so we're all on the same page what it was going to cost? Service was marginal at best, work done was fine, but not a great overall experience.

I was desperate to get this done while showing the house. They squeezed me into their busy schedule, cameout and made the repairs and sent me the bill. Great job.

It was great. The screens look better than new!

The work itself was GREAT. The 2 negatives were very slow response (it took about 4 weeks for them to get us on their calendar) and the price was higher on the invoice then was verbalized by the person who came to do the measurements. We ended up paying $200 more than was verbally stated to us. Not sure why.

Flawless installation. The provider completed the job exactly as promised. The work is of high quality. We are happy with the result and would definitely recommend Screen Medic to other members of Angie's List. We would use the same provider for any future similar projects. Rating of price is very subjective, as we did not get any competitive bids on this project. Based on the high quality of the installation and service, we thought that the price was reasonable. The provider is very serious about providing high quality service---something shared by other providers (also obtained from Angie's List) we've dealt with recently.

Very pleased with the responsiveness and quality. Will use their services again.
