My contractor did not deliver what he promised. i expected the work to be done really well. instead i had to point out all of the stuff he overlooked-such as missing grout in the tile in my kitchen and bathroom. He told me my bathroom floors would look like brand new after he acid washed them. they looked exactly the same and he still charged me after i let him know i was not pleased with the result. i have had to keep riding him to finish my punch list-it is still not done and it has been 5 months. i have been extremely patient and he has taken advantage of that. he forgot to finish projects-like the hole in the side of my house where a vent had previously been. i had to remind him 2 months later that there was a hole in the side of my house.
