Schoeben's Window Cleaning Service

Schoeben's has cleaned windows for me twice now and both times they have done a great job. They were punctual, professional and very thorough in their cleaning. They were also very careful with the window grids etc, I was a little nervous because those window grids are kind of tedious to take out, but they did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

We've had Schoebens wash our windows for years. They were initially referred by our neighbors across the street. But you never know who you've got working for you until something goes wrong and you see their response. That's what happened this last time. Somehow at the end of the day, on the last window, one of the windows broke. The bad news was, because of the type of window, the entire sash needed to be replaced. I paid the washers in full after they completed their work and they swore to me that Todd would make it right and he did. Todd came out promptly, reviewed the situation and calmly promised to replace the window. We had just had the window painted so Todd also painted the replacement window on both sides himself. How often do we consumers receive reassurances that people stand behind their work? How often do they actually make good on that promise? In Todd Schoeben's case you can count on him to do the right thing. Todd is a class act.

Though arriving a little late, the 2 guys washed what we wanted quickly and professionally. We have used them in the past and would use them in the future.

The inside and outside windows were washed. We removed all the screens and placed them on the deck to be cleaned..thinking it would be easier then leaving them on the windows. The screens were not washed. I was quoted a price of $182.70 on 8/5 via email. The job was not completed until early September. Apparently the price quoted was only good for so long. There was no mention of the quote being "time sensitive". When the company finished the job, they left a bill for $203. I had left a check for $185 which I thought would cover the quoted price of $182.70. I did miss that tax wasn't included, so the total bill should have been $194.57 My son was home and was asked to pay the difference on the spot. The $203 price did not include tax...so the total bill was $216. Todd (the owner) called back after I sent him an email asking why there was a price discrepancy between the final bill and my email confirmation. I was told I missed the "promo period". He didn't offer to refund me the difference. I told him to take me off his distribution list. Good customer service travels fast. Bad customer service travels even faster. My friends and neighbors will be informed.

I've had Schoeben's come out to clean my windows at least once a year for the past 4 years. They do a great job. I started using them because my neighbor across the street uses them; she used them for the last many years at her former home and she thought they did a fine job. I was worried before I had them come out the first time because my home is very tall and has some windows 3 stories above ground, with no good way to get to them. But Shoeben's managed it just fine. They are polite & careful and my windows sparkle when they're done. They clean both the inside & outside of my windows. When I have them come out in the autumn, they even remove the screens for me & wipe them down. I recommend Schoeben's highly.

Overall it went very well. The crew was very friendly and worked fast.

They were excellent. They did a fabulous job. They had the job done in an hour and a half, and it usually takes me 4-5 days to do it. Their price was quite reasonable. They were very effecient, and neat. They did a great job. They have free estimates. They did more than 50 windows for me. I would definetly use them again.

The company was apparently short one window washer that day. However, even though he had an unusually heavy schedule that day, he took the time to do the job right.

They gave me a price before they started and that is what I paid. They were on time and did a nice job. I have also used them in the past and they have always preformed well.

They do a wonderful job. They are hard workers and never quit until the job is finished. We have used them for several years now. My windows sparkle and shine when they are done.

TODD BROUGHT A CREW OF TWO AND DID A GREAT JOB ON CLEANING ACCUMULATED COTTONWOOD FLUFF, SPIDER WEBS, INSECT DEPOSITS, ETC FROM OUR CRUSTY WINDOWS. WE GOT BIDS FROM 3 COMPANIES. WE WERE MOST COMFORTABLE WITH THIS ONE. HAVING TODD (THE OWNER) ONSITE IS A GOOD THING.
