Description of Work: Steve replaced areas of rotted wood on my house and garage. Between the time we scheduled the work and when it was actually done my house was further damaged by a hail storm. I called Steve and asked him if he could look at repairing the hail damage as well. He said he could and actually did it on the same day as the other work was scheduled for which I really appreciated. I was very satisfied with the work done.

Description of Work: Hired to put in new dry wall in a 8 by 4 section for the special of $99. He said it would be better to just fill-in damaged areas with plaster & he would be back to sand it later, but he would have to charged me again and it would cost more to do that.

Description of Work: Steve replaced two outside door thresholds that were quite worn. He went out himself and purchased the oak that was used in making the new ones. The job took almost exactly 4 hours. We are very pleased with the work that was done and would certainly recommend Scheftel Construction. Steve is a very pleasant and professional guy.
