+ -1 moreCALLED TO FIX DIRECT TV. GAVE US INACCURATE INFORMATION ABOUT DISH, DIDN''T FIX THE PROBLEM BUT BILLED US. HAD TO CALL DIRECT TV TO GET PROBLEM FIXED. FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY - ONLY USE DIRECT TV TECHNICIANS.
