Description of Work: I gave this service to a friend who had water leaking into her basement. Sebastian came out on a weekend morning at no extra charge. He discovered the leak was coming from the connection to her water purifier unit at the kitchen sink. He was able to replace parts and repair that and he also tuned up the toilet in her bathroom - all in less than an hour. She was THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED and asked that I pass along the highest possible ratings for Sebastian.
