They showed up when they were supposed to. They were on time and did the work at short notice. It was all done in a matter of minutes. They were good and we had also received good feedback on them. They were reasonably priced too.

Called to have piano moved, and they were flexible within the same week. Arranged for time and date, they picked up piano, then called to let me know they had it and were on their way. Put the piano right in place, and were very quick, and no problems whatsoever. Their price was in line with several other estimates we had heard, so no problem using them again if we needed to.

I called for an estimate to move an upright piano, a large dresser and an elliptical machine 25 miles. I was given a quote of $235 for just the piano, and $400 for all three pieces. The lady on the phone was very nice, but the quote was $70 higher than another piano mover, so I decided to use the other company.

They were great. I called with relatively short notice, and they were able to move my piano on the day I was looking for. They were on time and moved the piano very quickly and without damage.

Company moved our family's piano from St. Paul to my sister's in Duluth. Some confusion over pick-up and coordinating times but in part that was because three parties were involved. All was worked out and the piano was safely delivered.

They were able to estimate a reasonable pick-up and delivery time (we only had to wait for half an hour). The delivery guys were very efficient and all business. They weren't too thrilled to see my relatively steep staircase, but the two of them powered it up the stairs and got the piano into place with no problem. Ruth Piano Movers gave us the best price (some places quoted well over $300!), and they did a nice job.

The experience was okay. We had a little bit of a complication; there was water in a humidifier which they had to remove and they said they would reassemble it when they got to the location, but, it was only partially completed when I got there, so, I had to get it done later.

I was very impressed. I called three movers, all of which were very nice on the phone but I chose Ruth because they were piano movers and we needed a baby piano moved. I also felt the price they quoted on the phone was the most reasonable. $100 for the piano and $125/hour. No trip charge. They answered the phone when I called and we went over what I needed to have done. The appt. was set and she assured me she would call a half hour before the appt. time. She did indeed call and the movers showed up right on time. They sent four guys who didn't waste any time at all moving our stuff around. They were very careful and used drop cloths so as not to scratch our wood floors. Super efficient. They moved everything we needed done within two hours and it included some pretty big pieces going up and down stairs. In the end, I mentioned that I wanted to pay with a credit card. And, just as I was told on the phone when I made the appt., they directed me to call the office and pay over the phone, which I did. They were gone as fast as they came.

They were very helpful and even helped move another heavy item for us. They were very friendly and we'd use them again.

Everett Studio piano moved from Hopkin to NE minneapolis. They arrived within the time window given (about a 4 hour window but they called 15-30 minutes before they arrived once they had better specifics), a crew of 4 lifted and dollied the piano and had it out and down the 3 stairs into the trailer in less than 15 minutes. They had a drop off or two on the way so gave me a good estimate on timing at the other end, then called again just prior to delivery. The piano was again quickly and comfortably placed where I wanted it in the new house, and they put down a pad and then lifted it again to put my caster cups in place (new house is hardwood floors). They were professional, quick, and the piano itself appears to have been well treated - it seems like it hasn't changed tuning hardly at all.

The receptionist was very helpful and professional, and was able to give an exact quote after getting the details of the move. They were able to do the job within a couple of days. The movers were also professional, and very careful taking care while coming through an angled entryway. They picked up and delivered the piano at the exact times they said they would.

They did everything very well. They were good and on time. They did it efficiently. I called several places and they were the best price.

They were very friendly and professional. I was really impressed with their availability and timing. I called to make an appointment, and they were able to come out the next day. They gave me a fair window of time when they would be there, and were prompt in calling when they were on their way. They did the job quickly and efficiently. One review did say they tuned pianos too, although I did find out they do not. No big deal. As far as the moving went, we were very impressed with everything they did. They took a lot of care in moving the piano itself and taking care of hardwood floors, etc. while moving the piano across them.

I found out late on a Friday night that I would have access to an inherited piano on Saturday only. I called first thing Saturday morning for same-day service. She said she'd see if anyone was available. Within 30 minutes, I got a call back with the confirmation. The piano had been "buried" in an overly-cluttered, never cleaned, too-small apartment, but they got it out and swiftly delivered. Before putting this very dusty piano in our house, the movers asked if we wanted to clean the dust off the back before moving it into position (thank you!), then they helped do a quick dusting of the entire piano (thank you again!). I am so very grateful for the guys who endured this dirty move and did so with almost no notice and with grace.

Marvelous people, careful, clean, respectful. Nothing was broken, exceptionable easy move!

They were able to schedule at our desired time/day and were prompt. It went very smoothly.

It went very well. I called them on a Monday and requested they come the following Saturday. They were able to fit me into that schedule. We were given a time window of several hours in the morning. They arrived relatively early in the morning at my parent's house and very quickly and adeptly moved the piano (within minutes). They were at our house about 15 minutes later and had the piano in place in about one minute (no kidding). They were willing to reposition it so it was exactly where we wanted it. They also brought the bench, light, and metronome. Everything arrived in great shape. We would definitely use them again.

We initially had a scheduling misunderstanding, but after that was worked through they performed the move with professionalism and ease. There is no other way I had available to move the piano and that large of an entertainment center piece. The steps at our house were no problem for them at all. I was very appreciative of the service they provided. It was definitely worth the cost.
