I found Russo Engineering and they were able to get the work done and did it very well and everything went fine. Jean was absolutely a fantastic worker. They were prompt, capable and timely. They were the only ones able to get the job done within the time frame. We barely got the work completed before.

They were very knowledgeable. The whole reason that we had to get them was that we were in a fight with the city of St. Paul; the building inspectors, they didn't quite know what one could do because of moisture in our old home. People from Russo Consulting Inc have a lot of experience in renovating buildings in St. Paul and Minneapolis and that is what they specialize in. So they were able to speak with the building inspectors, come out, look at it, and give us a premium plan that was accepted by the city of St. Paul, so we could move forward with renovating the house. We were in fight with the city five months prior to contacting them and got nowhere and they were a big help. If we did not have them, we probably would still be in fight with the city. They charged us an hourly fee for the consultation and examination. I don't know about their prices, we were kind of in a bind so we had to stick with whatever they were charging and I didn't shop around.
