This is a traditional house and there's a lot of windows.?It's a nice sized house but it's not like enormous, but I do happen to have like a lot of windows in this house.?Plus I have storm windows, and so they had to take the storm windows off and do those inside and out and then the windows inside and out, and so it adds up to - I think I have probably forty windows on all three levels of the house.?They are window cleaners, but they also do things like power wash your deck, and they power washed the roof gutters. We had them do extra things, not just the windows. They were very good, and I got them off of Angie's List.?It was an extra hundred to have them power wash the deck and another hundred to power wash the gutters.Their price is comparable to others that we've had in the past. They were really good men, very pleasant.?I'd give them an A all the way down.

Russel Williams services was great! They were on time, very professional and did a wonderful job cleaning our windows.

We were pleased with the service. Two cleaners came on time on the scheduled date in November and washed them all inside and out in about 5 hours. We were happy with how they looked. We will likely use them again. We would probably not do the window insides for a while, because they don't get that dirty. So, future work for just the outsides should be much cheaper.

This is the second time I have used this company. They do a very nice job, and I would hire them again.

Kyle and Cory arrived on time and got to work right away taking off the screens to take apart the storms and sashes of 36 double-hung windows. They were courteous, professional and neat as they worked on every floor of our home. I went with Russel Williams because they hand-wash every single window, and it showed. After seven hours, the windows gleamed. I couldn't believe how much brighter our interior was. It was a big expense and won't be something we can afford every year, but it would have taken us too much time and risk to attempt cleaning the storms of the 2nd and 3rd story windows ourselves.

Wow ! Fantastic! Arrived on time- 3 very professional young men-went over items- they went right to work-even took off shoes inside the house. This is definitely the BEST job of window washing that I have ever had completed. I am going to be a repeat customer

It didn't go good. No call back after 2 voice mails in 2 weeks.

(I can't remember the exact date that they arrived). First of all, they washed our windows last year and did a great job!! I so wish we had remembered that they hang exterior Christmas lights b/c the company we hired was terrible: stapled lights to the house, cut the wire and left uncapped (major fire hazard), and never returned emails or phone calls to remove the lights (which we paid them to do). This is where Russel Williams steps in. They not only removed the lights free of charge, they responded to us QUICKLY and were extremely professional. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We will definitely use them for future Christmas light hanging and window washing!

I didn't need to be home for the estimate, but they arrived on the day they committed and I was given prices for different options. The price was acceptable to me and they installed the lights (colors and sizes chosen by me) according to the schedule they communicated. Again, I didn't need to be home for the installation, and was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the fact there wasn't any mess left behind. The installed lights looked very nice and were well placed. They asked when I would like the lights taken down and I let them know that information. They came the week I asked for, took them down, and again, left no mess behind. One thing to note is the lights and controller were not purchased for the price charged. I looked at the invoice again and it doesn't specify purchase or lease.. I'm guessing I was informed of this when I spoke to the office on the phone, just failed to remember. I do know, however, they would have come out and replaced any burned-out lights and re-positioned any fallen light strings free-of-charge. So, it must be more of a lease than a buy.

Both window cleaners were very friendly, professional and got the job done fast. They did a good job on hard to reach windows.

Everything went well. Professional and courteous. I didn't have the exact tint picked out before the day they arrived to apply the tint. They had one that I liked and so it was not an issue. But I recommend that you pick out your tint prior to the day they arrive to apply it.

Great. Easy to schedule. Day of appointment, called to confirm arrival time. Arrived precisely at appointed time. Crew introduced themselves and stated they'd provide an exact cost prior to any work being done. Crew of two cleaned 50 windows in 1 hour. They did a fantastic job. Process used was very thorough. They did an initial cleaning, more of a scraping action, followed by a detailed washing. It was very interesting to observe. Bottom line: windows are CLEAN. I would highly recommend their service for windows or just about anything they do. Great people to do business with.

Right from the beginning, Angie was friendly and easy to work with as I attempted to find a company to provide powerwashing, gutter, cleaning, and window washing. She was able to accommodate a small scheduling window for me, which I appreciated. Next, Matt came later that day to do the estimating. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. He discovered that we had some top grade gutter guards in place, and confirmed that our gutters did not need cleaning. (We had recently purchased the property and were unaware of the gutter guards.) He even went above and beyond by pulling out some debris that had collected in a couple of roof corners. He listened carefully to my questions and requests, and had an estimate prepared within about 10 minutes. Mike and Dave were the 2-man crew who did the work. Mike called 30 minutes before their arrival to let me know exactly when to expect them...and they arrived right on time. Mike asked me to review any special requests or concerns, which I appreciated. Having forgotten about 5 glass panels in my deck railing, I asked him to add those into the job, and the charge was just another $20. The guys got right to work and were very respectful of my property...both inside and outside. Both were friendly and easy to work with. They did the outside work first, as requested, and then completed the inside work quickly and efficiently. Mike helped me identify where one of my lower level windows was leaking. He also offered to clean our large foyer mirror. We had just hung it a week or so ago, and we hadn't had a chance to clean it yet from our move. He noticed it and asked if he could clean it for us. As I inspected their work, I found a few small things that I asked them to do again, and they were very respectful and happily did what I asked. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. And my house and windows look awesome! No surprises when it came time to settle the bill. It was just exactly what Matt had written up in his estimate, other than the additional $20 due for the extra 5 windows on the deck. After the guys left, I noticed something that I hadn't seen while they were here. It was something very simple, but it required a tall ladder, which I didn't have. I called the office, and Megan handled the whole thing for me very quickly...and with a very friendly attitude. She arranged to have the guys stop back at the end of the day and take care of the minor little issue for me. I really appreciated the friendly no-hassle response from Megan. I rely on service providers to handle household chores that I'm either unable to do, or simply don't have time to get to myself. Having just moved to Minnesota from another state, I am starting from scratch, and finding reliable service providers who I feel comfortable having in my home can sometimes be a challenge. I will be having my house powerwashed every year, and depending on how they hold up, I'll have the windows washed at least annually, or maybe twice a year. I am delighted to have found Russel Williams, and I intend to use them from now on. Finding a great service provider is like gold to me...and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience I had with Russel Williams.

It all went well. They were actually ahead of schedule, so they called to ask if they could come earlier than the scheduled appointment. The 3 man crew was very polite and efficient. They completed the job in about an hour. The windows look great, almost as good as when they were installed a year ago.
