I highly recommend this company. They squeezed me in very quickly, as I was cleaning my 56 windows in order to put my house on the market. They miscounted the windows, but stuck to their original bid even though the final window count came out higher. They worked diligently in 96 degree wether on my 3 story house-they were very professional and very friendly.

They did everything great. I do have to give them a follow up call because they have to replace something. They were great. They made the windows nice and shiny and bright and clean. They were fast and efficient. They were friendly. Their price is about the same as everybody else.

When I called for information and to schedule an appointment I had to leave a message, but I received a call back within 10 minutes. I was happy about the up front, clear, and simple pricing structure. It took a few weeks to get an appointment because they were fairly booked up. On appointment day I received a call stating they were on their way. They arrived on time and were extremely courteous and professional. They did an excellent job and our windows look great! I would definitely hire them again.

They were good. They showed up on time and did a good job. Everything was great, and the price was competitive. Their friendliness, knowledge, professionalism and ability to do things were good. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I was very impressed with their punctuality, friendliness, and professionalism. The work they performed was excellent-our windows haven't looked this clean since we moved in four years ago! They made sure I was completely satisfied with the job before they packed up their supplies. They also took off their shoes when they came in the house and left no trace of water, dirt, etc. I would definitely hire them again.

Overall, we were very pleased w/ this company's responsiveness and professionalism. They were able to come to our home w/in a few days of our initial call to them. The gentleman who came to do the job was very thorough, fast, and professional. He was able to clean all of our windows (48) in ~ 2 1/2 hours time. Once he was done, I inspected the windows and only had to ask that he clean a couple sills a little more (the sills get difficult to clean sometimes given their construction). Overall, very pleased w/ the final job, how quickly the project went, and the friendliness and professionalism of the company. Will definitely call on them again! Sidenote--also found it very helpful that their pricing is on their website. Takes any 'surprise' out of a job when you know in advance how much the project will cost based on the number of windows you have. Very helpful.

They arrived on time, cleaned windows well (A quality) , power washed house (C quality), after a phone call to them, they came back out later that night and cleaned up areas where the power washing caused more of a mess. They also stripped the finish /paint off my garage door by mistake but they had it repainted by a professional.

I had always wanted to have Christmas lights on our roof, and originally heard about Russel Williams from a neighbor for window cleaning(which we'll have them do in the spring). The owner was professional and courteous on the phone, and I received an estimate that day. When I called to schedule the install, they were able to do it right away-on my birthday! It was such a treat to come home from work and see our house lit up, and my husband appreciated not having to climb on the roof and go out looking for the right extension cords!

Crew of three arrived right on-time at 10:30 am. I had mistakenly written down 1:30 and they quickly offered to come back later that day. There was no need from my perspective. It was my error and we proceeded. They quickly worked with one man inside and one outside on the same windows assuring they were streak less. The third man unlocked windows and removed screens inside and out. The two who were inside carefully removed their shoes, which I greatly appreciated with white wall to wall carpeting. As they worked their way around the house, I was most impressed with the level of detail they put into the job. I have grids in some windows, which were carefully removed, cleaned and replaced. Some gentle coaxing was employed to remove the stubborn residue built up along the grid edges of the windows and they were most patient scraping and going over it several times. The entire job, 36 windows, was completed and cleaned up in an hour and fifteen minutes. The young men were personable and extremely professional. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others looking for high quality, fair pricing in a young company.

The young men did a WONDERFUL job on my windows; they have never been so clean. Honestly, you have to look to see if there is really glass inside the frames! The policy of this company is that they clean each side of the window twice to make sure they are spotless. They used ladders to reach my second story foyer and the 3rd story walk out. I also had them clean my impossible to reach and CLEAN, chandelier (extra 30 dollars) They took off their shoes inside the house, were extremely respectful moving about the house. Nothing was disturbed or out of place when they left; only sparkling clean windows that I love to look at. When the job was completed, one of the young men walked me through every every room of the house pointing out nicks, hail damage or any other pre-existing windows conditions.....that is helpful because I have an insurance adjuster coming out for hail damage; I didn't even know that my windows were damaged from the storm. Every window was sparkling clean and I didn't see a streak or spot on any of them; if there had been, they would have gladly re-cleaned those windows. I called the company for information and set up a cleaning date 3 weeks later; I had an event that I was planning and wanted to wait to have the windows clean just prior to the event. They were flexible with scheduling and their website is detailed enough that you will know exactly what you will be paying before they show up. Their service calculator lets you know the cost before you call them and they do confirm the price before they begin the work. All in all, wonderful job and I will definitely use them again next year!

Don returned my call quickly. No problem scheduling a time that worked for me. Some notes that had no affect on the results: the crew does not come dressed in a 'uniform' as the picture on their flyer indicates. Although Don and I had talked about the job, the crew arrived thinking they were only going to clean one side of the windows, and didn't seem to know about the inside screens. It was no problem however, because they happily took on the whole job and got right to work.
